i have been using this anti virus for a long time.

it is good antivirus among all that i used so far.

I got this with my laptop, the program is okay but needs updated a few times already.

Seems to do the job, would prefer the actual cd though instead if digital download

Resource hog, better products our there. Not bad but definitely better choices.

The Kaspersky software came as a free download with the purchase of a Toshiba Satellite 2 in 1. For it to load, it uninstalled Webroot, which I have used and liked for several years. After using it a few weeks, I came to really dislike the Kaspersky. First, it does not update automatically, even thought it is set to do so. To compound this issue, it is then slow to update when you request it to do so. Scans also take much longer than I had been used to.Then it stopped remembering login info for secure sites which I trusted. I spoke with a Geek Squad rep about it and learned that generally people love or hate Kaspersky, not much middle ground. My experience fits into that very well. It's not a friendly partner to work with. I am happy now that I have uninstalled Kaspersky and returned to Webroot, which is so easy to work with.

There are other products better than this, its not so great

a free 1 year subscription for internet security NOT antivirus. didn't bother using it, got my own antivirus internet security

I haven't had any issues with this internet security. Easy to use.

I had this installed on my lap top which was also purchased from best buy only 1month ago. My lap top has been used only for an online class and is already filled with viruses. This program did not protect my lap top what so ever!

This came free with the purchase of my new laptop. If I had to buy it, I would be seeking a refund. Once installed I was unable to access Chrome and many apps. I had to hard reset my laptop.

I did a restore point before I loaded this program. I found that this program slowed down my system. removed it and restored my computer.... Not impressed.

This internet security did nothing to my computer BESIDES give it viruses and cause problems. I wish I could uninstall it

Easy to install and plenty of configuration options. after six months of usage, everything is going fine in my Windows 10 laptop

Not bad for free anti virus software with a laptop purchase. I like that I could also install it on my phone.

Kapesky was given with the purchase of my laptop. Before updating to Windows 10 it worked fine. After the window's 10 update; Kapersky asked permission for EVERYTHING; it was not compatable with the update. Best Buy recently became aware of the issue and switched it for another security program :)
