it is overpriced

Not happy with the product and service provided
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I renewed my subscription with Kaspersky, and when I activated the account, it stated I had 329 days left. I just purchase the year subscription two days ago, how could I have lost 36 days? This makes no sense. Also, I’ve called Geek Squad 1-800 support line 5 different times to correct this matter for me. I asked them to transfer me to “account maintenance”, the call keeps dropping. I gave up after the last call. Lastly, after activation, the program message still states "the data base is extremely outdated". I don't recommend this product or technical support provided. Not sure what to do next.

doesnt work right
