As this is provided free with a new system purchase, I was for some reason unable to decline it (I tried). I already had an antivirus and Kapersky did nothing to convince me to switch.

Kaspersky is not protecting me when I log into my bank. I was told to take it back to Best Buy so they could adjust something. I did and they were not able to correct the problem. So now when I log into my bank I get a message that my information in not being completely protected by Kaspersky. The Geek Squad agent at Best Buy said not to worry about it because the bank has its own protection for my information. So, my question is, "Why do I need Kapersky if the bank is protecting my information?" What a waste of money and my time.

Having been a Norton user, I found this protection confusing to set up and operate the first few times. Norton is simpler in my opinion.

It made my Mac run slow and blocked a lot of my known websites. had to turn off the protection....I just run a scan every few days.

Constantly pops up to disconnect for Google. The disconnect box continues until cleared and then I have to restart Google. This happens almost every time I turn on website.

I read the material it came with and paid for three years but I honestly didn't see the use for it. I hope it wasn't a wast of money but from what I can see it may have been.

This was my first time using this manufacturer and it lasted a week. It was frustrating and we didn't like it at all. I removed it from our computer and went back to Norton.

This was a bundle item with a new laptop. I did not know I had this. Many other free program work well. This one has too many pop up notices. I will not pay to renew.

Mac already has much security so I feel this is just an added program to run on my computer. It is easy to use and serves its purpose with giving extra security.

I currently use this program and was told that I could just add 6 months to my current one. You can't. Like the program, but no the hassle or misinformation.

I feel secure with Kaspersky Internet Security. I was disappointed to only get coverage for 6 months. The last computer I bought got 1 year free coverage.

Came with my laptop, typical antivirus, large memory usage, pretty well will only protect you from something you should have known better than to do.

They replaced my op. System but not data entry pad problem. Had to spend an extra $40 on a new entry pad. So far, the $200 repair plan is not worth it.

I have used Kaspersky products for years and have been very satisfied with the protection provided. However, I have never been able to install a new version (Total Security 2016 when using Total Security 2015) without headaches. When I tried to install this product, I got error messages. Repeated phone calls to both Kaspersky and the Geek Squad (about 8 hours on the phone in all) failed to resolve the issue. I won't use Kaspersky again!!

I purchased Kaspersky anti virus and internet security and had nothing but trouble with it. It made my computer run slower than it ever has and would kick me out of websites like my yahoo email or facebook with no warning. I got so sick of nothing but problems with the programs that I uninstalled them from my system and went with PC Matic, which I am VERY SATISFIED WITH. I am not happy about spending money on product that really sucks.

I got this cd when I purchased my laptop. I tried on several occasions to down load this cd. It would never load. So I didn't install it

This security program says that it's on and protecting my computer, but I still get constant notifications on my desktop notification center saying that Kaspersky Security is turned off as well as something about a Firewall being inactive. I don't know about everyone else but I want a computer security program that doesn't tell me it's off through a notification while saying it's on through the command center of the program.

Have had several issues and wish my previous protection was used instead. SOme annoying features, and many interruptions to my work.

Unfortunately, the Kaspersky security comes with the ASUS laptop and one may be tempted to actually download and use it. Don't !!! Kaspersky is NOT user friendly, has terrible support, doesn't do well with their malware definition updates. Allowed some malware to ruin the hard drive on my previous ASUS. Too bad that Best Buy pairs them together. Get something that will actually protect your machine, like Iolo.

Sales person STRONGLY suggested purchasing this without checking whether I already had virus blocker. Slowed down my whole system
