Not user friendly. Doesn't prevent viruses. Automatically renewed on my credit card and I'm unable to download renewal on computer

i deleted it because i kept getting error pop up messages after it was installed. it was fine for like a day then it started up.

Best Buy swears by this but I don't think it is that great. I have had better luck with the free McAfee download actually

This is probably a good security, but it comes up on my computer too often. I had rather it be quietly taking care of me.

Decent enough, gets the job done. However they tell you the data is free, but the case costs $3? Seems off to me.

Geek squad didn't set up correctly for a home computer and had to pay someone else because everything was blocked

This software was reliable, but there are issues with hacking vulnerability.

Product is great but only provides coverage for 6 months. Much better deal to just buy online.

This came with new laptop for free. That's the main reason I have it.

I do not know a damned thing about internet security or anti-virus software so I can not tell if Kaspersky is doing anything. What I do know is that it is totally ineffective at getting rid of certain types of adware that infects a computer. I have had several events where adware stays on the desktop and I have been able to get. rid of it.

This was free with my new phone purchase i dont perfer Kaspersky so will not be using it

After reading that acting FBI director Andrew McCabe, CIA Director Mike Pompeo, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats and National Security Agency Director Adm. Michael S. Rogers also said they would not use Kaspersky I have not downloaded it on to this computer. I will go back to the antivirus sofware I used to use.

Doesn't feel like I need it. Microsoft already does a good job of securing laptops.
