I got this for free for buying a Mac. After getting it, I tried to use it. But unfortunately, I couldn't install it. I looked through tutorial, tried to contact the customer service but it was no help.

I’ve been using Avast for five years successfully. Installing the proffered program for the 3 months offered didn’t seem worth the bother. The last computer I bought came with 2 years complimentary.

It's a 6 month trial. They have you remove the security program that is factory installed and included on your newly purchased laptop before you realize and are told it's a 6 month only trial.

US Military and Govt agencies do NOT use it for fear of Russian involvement per congressional testimony. Bought it as part of Geek support and tried to change it in San Diego. Boss said NO WAY

Had to uninstall, it caused way to many problems with both my desktop & laptop. I purchased a different antivirus which does exactly what it is suppose to and causes no problems.

I dumped this product quickly as there were several issues and problems with catching viruses and in some cases catching things that were NOT a virus.

Worste product ever. I ended up not using ut cause it blocked my surface laptop from working. Maybe it damaged my laptop cause i sent it to geek store 3 times.

Not considered very safe to use. Therefore, gave it away. The US Federal Government no longer uses this product because of security issues.

This is the worst anti virus I ever had . its a memory Hugger and its a Pain in the A&^% I switch over to Malwarebytes and Window defender and No Problems !!

Things went very wrong with this on my new laptop. As soon as I had Geeks replace it, all was ok. Don't know why but suspect this product was the trouble.

Very difficult to install. After I tried my daughter tried unsuccessfully. Called geek squad. They finally installed it but still having some issues

A good firewall program. I am having some trouble with the secured connection part at this time. My program is good for only 8 months not a year

I will need to bring my laptop back to the Geek Squad to address the issue that Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 is not working satisfactorily.

I would not recommend purchasing this in less you have some body there to fully explain how to hook it up to all the devices in your own home

Poor, didn't like it at all. I believe my older anti virus was better and gave better protection. This one is costly and not up to the mark.

I don't trust Kaspersky just my own opinion based on the that I like the antivirus I have always used so I never installed this.

Not sure what the benefit of this is. Was free with purchase. Which was a red flag to start. Only gave one star because I had too.

When loading the virus protector it kept reading that it had been previously used so had to go back to the store to get another one.

So many better, cheaper options out there. You know it’s bad when they have to force feed it to you.

I was given this with my MacBook purchase but decided to go with Trend Micro instead. I have a good history with them.
