I renewed my subscription but it wasn't working so I thought the payment didn't go through. I purchased it again but then saw that the first payment went through. I asked for my money back since the first one wasn't working. They would only give me a partial refund even though the software did not work during the time that I had it. What kind of deal is that? Way to stand by your product Kaspersky or BestBuy!

I have no real comme ts about this product. I guess it does what its supposed to do. I have not had any problems since using it.

These guys are alright they have been kinda falling behind a tiny bit but they're still better than nothing.

Is a great product but beacareful you can have problema with the internet connection. Go to a geek squad for installation

It's ok but only offer protection for 3 months. It's ridiculous. Software programs should be available at least 12 months

I only took it because it was free. I prefer AVG The free version. This Kaspersky bloats your Computer. Don’t use it.

We haven't installed the virus protection yet. We had another product we preferred. We don't know much about this product.

Using this software on my laptop and it performs well. I haven't run into any issues as of now. I would purchase it again.

In my opinion this isn't the best! I downloaded chrome on my laptop and this doesn't seem to want to work with chrome.

Came free with purchase, did't feel the need to use on my Mac. If you do, plenty of free alternatives out there.

Trying to go through email without a popup every time I open a new one is the most annoying thing ever! It makes going through email a major chore now because I know that pretty much every single email (no matter how many times it comes from the same place!) is going to come with a popup that I'm going to have to acknowledge. As soon as this free trial is over, it's on to something a lot more sane.

I guess it does the job but hard to tell as it's nearly all in the back ground - it's free so can't complain to vigorously

Quite annoying to get pop ups that won't go away. I've even had to restart my laptop to temporarily fix the problem.

I'm not really knowledgeable with this product but I will say it did slow my laptop down a lot. It did get the job done

I bought this product with the computer I purchased for college, and I have not experienced anything wrong since.

Not easy to find simple functions. No feedback or information on what is happening. This is harder to use than Vipre.

I have a macbook pro and the software was included in my purchase. I found that anything i searched for on safari a popup would show up advising me on safety or some other issue/ warning on sites i typically browse and know to be safe. it was annoying for me so i uninstalled quickly. didn't understand the purpose or how to disable notifications. Don't find it practical for mac users.

This product was included with the purchase of my new MacBook Pro but I haven't decided whether or not to use it yet.

Glad I have the protection. But there are other products out there for less cost or free. And still good protection.
