I have purchased my windows security systems from kaspersky for the last 5 years. I find the 3.0 pure complicated and very different from the one I usually buy. Any tips would be more than welcome.

I have to turn Kaspersky off to play games on facebook. I will have to buy more ram ,just bought the computer at Best Buy only came with 12m ram

Was incompatible with Windows system ; customer service was non-existent...had to email them the problem and took 3 days to get a reply. Unable to uninstall and tries to scan constantly; cannot adjust settings and computer speed had diminished to non-existent. I have to replace my computer and it's only 3 years old. Best Buy and Kaspersky refuses to refund or correct the problem. For $200 geek squad fee, I'd rather put that money toward a new system.

If we had known this software was just a means to sell more Kaspersky services, we could have saved ourselves the $97.50. If this was any other type of consumer product we would returned it and purchased another product that actually did what the marketing said it would do. Other software vendor's stand behind there products. Don't waste your money on this software!

asked for latest and best product to protect my computer and was sold last years product

Won't buy Kaspersky again. 2 passwords needed to run. If you fudge up one you'll need to go to their site DL a tool to remove a password. It was very misleading to me when setting up the program having 2 passwords.

Installed it on latop and desktop. Can't print from laptop (wireless router). Husband can't print from his MacBook Pro. Contacted Kespersky. Said Mac wasn't its problem. Everything I was told to do didn't work.

slows the pc down like norton and hard to under stand, nor does what it is supposed to do & keep you your pc safe!!!

I lost 100.00 purchasing this item because Best Buy would not offer me another type of program and no refund.

Will not buy another one. Would not recommend it to anyone!

COULD NOT INSTALL IT AND WEBSITE TOOLS INEFFECTIVE.

This service worked very well in protecting my computer. The only thing I did not like with it was I did not use all of the features of it. Except for that, it worked amazing!

I love kaspersky....ever since I chose to use Kaspersky instead of Norton Antivirus about 4 years ago, I have never even considered going back with Norton or Symantek. Kaspersky is much cheaper and does a better job in my opinion!!!

After using Norton 360 for several years I was really put off when my renewal came due. Norton doubled the renewal price from last year but at the same time did not let customers know that Norton 360 has been discontinued. Bad on them! I decided to try Kaspersky pure 3.0 as it is rated about the same as Norton but I have had numerous issues with password manager and slow startup. Pure 3.0 seems to come active about 45 seconds after I have internet access so have to wait for it to start running. This is not such a big deal but I have also found that when internet explorer is accessed from a desktop short cut problems can occur. I opened up a trouble report and hope they look at the issue. My advice for anyone wanting to use Pure 3.0 is to download a free 30 day trial and make sure your system is compatible.

I have used Kaspersky for about 5 years and never had any large problems at all. Kasperky Tech support is lacking because they assume you are already a computer nerd when you look for help. But we always seem to make it through and get it solved

Pretty good anti virus, instals easy. This was recommended by the sales staff and functioned as advertised. Would buy again.

I bought this for my father and myself so that we wouldn't have any viruses, ads or anything harmful or annoying. While it does help and block out trojan viruses and such, it still doesn't stop all the ads. Kaspersky, I heard, is supposed to be the best, yet it's not working for me.

I HAVE ALWAYS USE KASPERSKY. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE, KNOWING MY COMPUTER IS PROTECTED.

I have only been using this since July of 2013 and my e-mail account has been hacked 5 times already. when I was using Norton 360 that only happened once. This is not worth the price. I sadly picked up the two year subscription. That doesn't stop this company from sending me a message at least twice a week telling me that if I renew now I will save $20.

I bought this after talking to bb online telling me this would work for my widows 8.1. It does not! so 90 bucks wasted and kaspersky did nothing to fix the problem since they even say it doesnt work with it
