Pretty easy to install

Complex but failed to prevent from hacking

Someone successfully hacked and controlled my new computer. He pretended to be a staff of Microsoft to lure my wife for the payment of fixing the systems' problem. Kaspersky total security was nothing in this case. I used Webroot in another computer for many years without any hacking. So disappointed in Kaspersky now.

Poor performance.

I found that it was slowing down the performance. I also found it difficult to remove. Not what I would call user friendly.
