I love this product have used it for years and works great

New to Kaspersky so I'm watching and waiting. So far so gooc

It's ok not bad, does the job but can slow down computer .

I was a Norton user for many years and decided to try new internet protection. Don't like it due to inability to log in to your account that lasts only for a week from the moment you create it. I installed it on 5 devices and can't monitor each one of them through my portal. Every week I had to make new password. Eventually, I gave up. When I addressed this issue to company, rep speaking with heavy accent tried to explain how their system works. He came across as rude and arrogant. Moreover, after each phone conversation, online chat or email to customer service, they bombard you with emails asking your opinion on service. I am not going to renew it and will look somewhere else. I had one account with Norton for 5-7 years that has been very easy to renew and operate.

Seems like good security. Blocks a lot of bad stuff. Hard to use at times and the directions are convoluted.

There is no software CD in the box, Although several Best Buy employees at two different stores told me that there was a CD in the box, it does not come with a CD. You have to go to Kaspersky's website to download the product and it is anything but clear or easy to figure out how to go this. I spent several hours on this and I think I finally got it right. Also, it does not automatically update as claimed like it should or it takes 24 or more hours to do so unlike My older version that updated quite often and was very simple to install because it came with a CD. It's clear they are trying to save a few cents at the consumers expense and frustration

I had trouble installing this software and went back to Norton.

this product has a cosmic sucking sound, if i could get my money back & just find another security i would. i bought a 5 device/1 year. installed on 1 pc only. been doing this stuff last 20+ years & could not install on 2nd pc so i just quit----too much trouble to use

installation is complicated. Was unable to use on multiple units.

I read reviews for Kaspersky's Total Security before purchasing. Most name brand security suites have similar features, one may do something better than the other in a specific category and vice versa. Overall, I'm very pleased with Total Security. Virus and vulnerability scans - Full, quick, scan particular files, set up times to scan, detailed reports of scans. Updates - Auto or manual updates. World view of infections around the globe. Safe Money - This feature gives further encryption when opening up sites that have the ability to purchase products. Hackers cannot take screen shots for instance. Data Encryption - Encrypt specific files. Example, family photos. Parental Controls - Set up computer, internet, games, program usage. Perfect for limiting access times, adult websites, games by ESRB rating. Private Browsing - Blocks all sorts of data websites collect about you. Firewall - Stop hackers from accessing your computer and retrieving data about you. There are many more features but after spending two days reading and learning the features, I would not have picked another program for my internet security. I knocked off a star because there were some issues setting up the Safe Money feature. I had to enable virtualization on my PC through in order to get it working, which took a few hours to figure out what the problem was.
