5 days before it expire Norton AV program shut down the internet access on my laptop ! My friend told me that Norton is just another virus and he couldn't fix it so I brought my laptop to Geek Squad and get it fix and the gentleman said the same thing about Norton and he recommended Kaspersky. I will never ever buy anything from Norton again !

Absolutely great for the price! Works excellent! First scan takes awhile to complete, primarily because it is it's first scan! Installed quick... Wouldn't say it was the easist installation, I had to download the software from their website and then activate it through the activation code. The cd's software had compatibility issues with my computer. I would recommend this to anyone!

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security on my computers for years and love the protection it provides. Now, with Kaspersky One, I also I have the same protection for my Android tablet. I'm glad this covers 5 devices as we have multiple computers and tablets.

This one was a gift. Purchased mine with my new computer per Geek Squad recommendation. Previously used Norton. Like Kaspersky better. Only problem was that since Geek Squad installed it, when my initial plan expired, I received no notification to renew hence was without Antivirus for about a week and had to purchase new at Best Buy and reinstall.

The product was sold as a 2012 product only telling on the disc after the package was opened. It loaded alright though, and took a long time to update. This product is great and I would recomend it to any one, especially if you have compatibility issues with other security brands.

Kaspersky was recommended by Sales Staff as being one of the best Antivirus App. I researched on line and found that it also was given good marks. I use it for both my Mac and PC's.

I'm not real computer savvy so I found this really easy to install and use. I feel really confident that my computer and personal info is well protected.

This was sorta hard to install on my new laptop that does not have a cd rom drive. But very easy on my desktop.

I have used Kaspersky Anti Virus for years after our IT person at work recommended it and have never had any problems with Virus's. I bought the 5 device product because it said it could be installed on Smart Phones but when I got home I had to do some research to find out it can't be installed on I Phones.

I was hesitant to purchase Kaspersky again as in the past there were usability issues but from what I see this time much of that has been taken care of. don't have any virus' so I cant comment on THAT aspect of being able to eliminate or quarantine threats and knowing for sure that it has been accomplished.

i have always been a norton security person but one of the sales people in my best by store told me to try the kaspersky and i did it slowed down my computer wasnt what i expected i tried to return it but best buy said they could not take it back i even called cust service they said the same thing so i ended up throwing it out wasted my time and money and then bought my self a norton 360 multi device one . thank you best buy.

Fairly simple program to install runs in the back ground and updates itself as always its good to run monthly scans

After installation I was not able to read a complete web news article...the text and pictures overlapped. I was unable to connect to my website to update. This product cost me. And Best Buys does not refund money on software...open the box and the retunn option is gone. Do not buy software at Best Buys.

One of the highest rated AV programs available. One of the few programs that seems to be effective against rootkits.

Had to reinstall it once, but ever since then, it's worked just as good as any other program.
