I love this case! It's gorgeous! However, I bought it last night and haven't even had it for a day and the gold around the edges are already chipping. I haven't even dropped my phone at all. Not really what you expect for the amount of money you pay for it.

This is a good looking case for those that like things a little flashy. It doesn't seem to hold up that well, but this case isn't supposed to take a beating.

This case sparkles and is very lightweight yet durable. I’m prone to accidentally dropping my phone and this case has prevented my iPhone from ever breaking for over 3 years!

Classy look with good coverage but the glass cover screen was not protected when dropped and broke, so perhaps could use a better bumper around the screen.

I received this for Christmas and already all the rose gold letters are coming our of the engraving, the paint is chipping off , and the letters that are left are becoming discolored. I am so sad and disappointed that my parents spent money on something like this for it just to fall apart a week later. They should take out the "reliable" portion of it's description.

Would not recommend for the price. Have had it for a month and the gold paint is coming off on all the corners and sides. Spend your money elsewhere

Bought this case when i got my phone in october. looked down sometime in late november to notice half the letters were gone. went back to BBMobile to have them replace it. It had been just about a month.. they refused, 14 DAY POLICY. so i contacted Kate Spade, the got to Incipio through them (they make the case, which is surprising) super helpful, sent me a new one after i sent some pictures figured i was good to go. this was early januray. NOW i look down again and the dang letters are coming off again... this case has about a 2 month max life for looking perfect. shame. its a classy looking case. they're sending me something different this time. customer service for the manufacturer has be VERY HELPFUL. go to them if you have this problem.

The case is super cute, but if you drop your phone the case will chip and your screen will crack. Don't buy unless you never drop your phone or you wish to replace your screen in the near future.

I don't have kids, and I don't rough house too much with my phone, but the case lasted not even a week before becoming marked. It now has multiple scratches and the thread from the lining is unraveling at 4 different places. It's a super beautiful case, don't get me wrong, and I love looking at it when I pull my phone out but now that it's getting all marked up it's discouraging. They've got the look down, but Kate Spade should invest a little bit more into durability in my opinion.

I've had some good experiences with Kate Spade phone cases in the past (the hybrid cases actually protect quite well), but not this one. The only positive aspects of this case are that it's pretty and slim, however it offers little-to-no protection. Within a week one of the bottom corners had broken off because I dropped my phone. It doesn't absorb impact at all. I've had it for a little while now (under a year). My phone's glass is now shattered and I'm awaiting shipment of a replacement phone. Also, the gold color on the plastic trim has rubbed off in most places so it's not even pretty anymore. If you want a pretty and protective case, try one of Kate Spade's hybrid cases, not this one.

I bought this for my 25-year -old daughter who loves Kate Spade products! She loved it and it is perfect for her phone!

My boyfriend gave me this case as an early birthday gift this past Friday (6/2). Last night (6/6) I noticed that the leather is already peeling off in multiple places. That is completely unacceptable that any case would start to fall apart after 4 days, let alone one that cost $50. This is the 3rd Kate Spade case I've tried in the past 6-7 years and I have yet to have one last more than a week. I love Kate Spade but I will never buy one of her cases again. I will probably buy a Casetify case as they have an enormous selection and they actually do their job.

I cannot believe I paid $50.00 for this and that this is a Kate Spade product! It is cheaply made the gold around the edge started to chip off immediately, I should have returned it right away. Once the gold starts chipping it looks terrible I bought this maybe 2 months ago and no longer use it. Very disappointing. Do not buy this product!
