This case is super cute and stylish, but I expected higher quality from Kate Spade. While it keeps my phone protected, the matte finish on this one scratches and flakes off very easily leaving the case looking worn.

Big brand but quality is so poor! I think Kate spade should carry on with production or handbags only! Other items are not their expertise! I am going to spend 50$ to get a new cover and pop stick! Last but not least disappointed with Best Buy customer service they simply refused to give me even exchange offer! Waoo what’s the point to be a member and carrying Best Buy credit card!

I bought this phone case for my iPhone XS and after 3 months of usage the side broke. I was very disappointed. Now this case is just lying in my closet. I wish kade spade would have made it a little durable like Apple phone cases. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE ITS WASTE OF MONEY IT HAS LOOKS BUT NOT QUALITY AND DURABILITY.

Before purchasing this case I was obsessed, I had this for maybe 3 days and it scratches on the back way too easy.. I will never buy another Kate Spade product.

Waste of money! Case fits wrong and I can’t use my side bar buttons! It’s pretty but that’s about it

Looks good but once you put it on it looks al smudged with your fingerprints I hate it!!

This case has scratch marks and causes moisture to form on the phone back. Not useable.

Usually I love Kate spade. It was a really cute case but around the area where the charging cord goes it was not a tight fit. I could only imagine dropping my phone and something happening to it. I had a case before that cracker my phone I. The exact same place from not having good enough coverage. I wasn’t taking that chance again. Had to return the case

This case would activate phone side buttons without intent.

Imagine my shock when I pull the $40 phone case out of sealed packaging to discover that it looked like it had been used for at least a year! It was dirty and covered in scratches! Unfortunately I can’t return it due to coronavirus. What a waste! I will not be purchasing phone cases from Best Buy anymore.

I thought this case was so pretty and would be a great fit for my new iPhone! After having the case for one week, the gold on the back started to fall off. It was an expensive case and the quality is cheap! I am very disappointed in this Kate Spade product! Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought this case because I wanted something more attractive than the usual cases I buy. I found it to be very difficult to operate the buttons on my phone because of the I’ll fit of the case. I went back to my old case and trashed this one.

I purchased this case for my teenage daughter. We love the look of the case, but it does not hold up well. The first case broke after only a month, so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. Less than 2 months later the 2nd case broke too.

I purchased this case for my iPhone X and with the first fall, the screen was damaged and needed to be replaced and the phone landed on its back. Wish I kept the packaging so I could return it. Needless to say switching to a more durable brand.

Purchased this case for my sister and all the crystals on the back started peeling after ONE DAY! Super disappointed and having to return because it wasn’t worth the $60 spent.

I was very disappointed in this product. The glitter is glued to the back cover and started coming off the day after I started using it. I thought it was not worth the price I paid.

I’ve purchased other Kate Spade cases before and this one is terrible. It’s peeling and there is terrible discoloration in less than a month. I now have to purchase another case.

This it can’t last a few days apparently because it’s splitting all around the sides for this price it should have a much better quality. I want a complete refund.

Had this case only a couple of weeks. It started separating across the side seams. It was very flimsy. I have the same for the iphone 11 pro plus and it is MUCH sturdier.

Looks good but it was bent and did not fit snugly around the phone. Upon further inspection, the case had been returned for that reason and put back in the shelf for resale
