    My wife cares little for "support" when it comes to choosing a case for her phone. She has now gone through 2 very similar cases on her phone in about 1 year. She insists the design is what attracts her to these cases, but, honestly, in the event a serious drop occurs, I'm doubtful that any real protection would be provided by this case. Again, she loves it, wouldn't use anything else, but if you need absolute protection, I'd shop for something a little more bulky.
