The associate was very helpful setting up new phone and transferring data from iCloud. The phone is amazing! Very fast, awesome camera and some new features (for me) such as face recognition instead of password login for phone and some apps.

I love this little case! I had a wallet case, but I didn't like having to open it every time I felt it vibrate or ding. So I decided to buy an everyday case and keep the wallet case for special occasions. This is basic but cute and tough.

The case is solid and it looks great it shows off the beautiful colors of the new iPhones. However because it's a name brand the markup is kind of insane and cheaper cases from less known brands will do the same thing.

I have gotten a new charger and needed a case that did not have a pop socket stuck on it. I really like the look of this case but i also love that there are small jewels which give texture in each flower

A must have for the iPhone X! I actually have had this case for every iPhone I owned and still get compliments daily. Flowers are beautiful, has a lip on it so it protects your screen when lying face down...a must have!!!

I have been looking for a cute phone case that is not like all the other ones that best buy has for sale. I love it over all the only thing is that the buttons are a little harder to press on with this case. (the only reason why i have it 4 stars)

This case is very cute. I didn’t pay attention to the sparkles when I picked it up. I personally don’t like “diamonds” sparkles whatever or my cases so I’m returning it but the flowers are very cute!

I love the classy look of Kate Spade cases. It makes my phone stand out when I am looking for it and upgrades the utility look of the phone.

This case has gone through so many falls and bumps but still kept it’s shape without any cracks. It’s thin enough it doesn’t make the phone bulky but definitely hard and strong enough to withstand some abuse

This is my favorite case for the look. The only thing I wish I could change was that there was more of a bumper for the glass when it drops. Doesn’t protect the front of the phone at all.

This case is nice and offers protection for the occasional drop but, but the cover over the power button is very stiff which makes pushing the button pretty difficult.

I bought this for my wife and she has enjoyed using this case immensely. It is lightweight, but sturdy enough to handle basic droppings from time to time. Very stylish and affordable at that. Big thumbs up!

Purchased this for my wife a while back. She absolutely loves the case and is still using it. She has dropped her phone several times and the case has continued to hold up as well as protect her phone.

Beautiful case. So nice that the gems are under a smooth surface so don’t catch on anything. Would have been ***** but every time you push buttons it makes a very audible creak.

This case matched my gold Iphone perfectly. The gold shows through the clear case with the flowers and rhinestones on it - just beautiful. I haven't dropped my phone yet but the case seems very sturdy.

I got this case for my wife’s iPhone X. Very nice case & design. However, has very minute protection on the bottom of the case. Not recommended for those who need mid-grade protection or drop their iPhone X.

Actually haven’t used it yet as I purchased 2 the same day - but it’s really pretty and claims to provide good protection - important since a new screen for my iPhone X just set me back $300.

My wife liked the look of the case but it doesn’t fully protect the phone as the bottom is open. It’ll protect against scratches or small falls but leaves the phone vulnerable to straight drops

The case is nice and made well but it doesn’t fit the iPhone X like a glove. It’s more generic case for multiple phones. The case buttons don’t align exactly with phone, but still usable.
