It gets hard to play with the volume buttons with the case on

I thought this case was so pretty and would be a great fit for my new iPhone! After having the case for one week, the gold on the back started to fall off. It was an expensive case and the quality is cheap! I am very disappointed in this Kate Spade product! Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought this case because I wanted something more attractive than the usual cases I buy. I found it to be very difficult to operate the buttons on my phone because of the I’ll fit of the case. I went back to my old case and trashed this one.

I purchased this case for my teenage daughter. We love the look of the case, but it does not hold up well. The first case broke after only a month, so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. Less than 2 months later the 2nd case broke too.

I purchased this case for my iPhone X and with the first fall, the screen was damaged and needed to be replaced and the phone landed on its back. Wish I kept the packaging so I could return it. Needless to say switching to a more durable brand.

Purchased this case for my sister and all the crystals on the back started peeling after ONE DAY! Super disappointed and having to return because it wasn’t worth the $60 spent.

I was very disappointed in this product. The glitter is glued to the back cover and started coming off the day after I started using it. I thought it was not worth the price I paid.

I’ve purchased other Kate Spade cases before and this one is terrible. It’s peeling and there is terrible discoloration in less than a month. I now have to purchase another case.

This it can’t last a few days apparently because it’s splitting all around the sides for this price it should have a much better quality. I want a complete refund.

Had this case only a couple of weeks. It started separating across the side seams. It was very flimsy. I have the same for the iphone 11 pro plus and it is MUCH sturdier.

Looks good but it was bent and did not fit snugly around the phone. Upon further inspection, the case had been returned for that reason and put back in the shelf for resale

It’s all in the summary...but the phone case leaked and burned my skin. Would have been amazing if I were notified these products are faulty.

I bought two Kate Spade phone cases in November; one for myself and the other for my sister and they both fell apart before June.

I have no idea where they came from, no keys I purse pocket where I keep my phone. $42.00 for crap! Do not buy this case!

Bought this phone case because the glitter looked very nice but it all fell off in a few days. Waste of money. Looked terrible.

Got it for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas. It 2 weeks, half the gold crystals had wore off. Too bad, cause it was so pretty.

I guess because it has Kate Spade they can way overcharge for a cover that will not protect the phone when its dropped. Way to go

Wife appreciated the color pattern but so disappointed that the case didn’t fit due to the camera hole not lining up correctly

It’s clear for the first month after that it turns yellow and looks ugly after a while

It’s super cute but by day 3 the rubber was already rubbing off. Never dropped my phone and it still peaked.
