I bought this case for my new iPhone XS Max because it was so pretty and Kate Spade. I never owned one before so I thought I would try it out. I normally buy otter box or speck cases for my iPhones. The case was so cute but didn’t like the slick feel on the back. I thought I was going to drop it , so I put the ring it came with on the back. Within 1 1/2 weeks the ring broke. The pin was coming out of it and it was really loose. So I exchanged it for a speck case :)!! Would not recommend!! Things I did like was the color and how it was clear on the back and showed the color of my iPhone.

Recently, just bought this stylish case for my wife's new phone. She loved it; unfortunately, the Scallop Ring for the case has pretty much broke. It's barely hanging on and I cannot fix myself. It's loose and doesn't stay in place anymore. Sad thing is I cannot return it to best buy because it's been over 15 days and it started messing up 2 days after the fact the return date.

I was in love with this case when I got it. However after only 2 weeks the circle on the back broke off.

The case itself was very nice, however, the pop-socket on the back broke after only 3 weeks of use. For a Kate Spade product, I must say that I was disappointed by this lack of quality.

I was a huge fan of this case until this past weekend when the ring snapped of. I have had the case for just barely two months and it is now broken. I have bought Kate Spade cases in the past and they held up well until this one.

The case is so pretty but I would have saved the money and bought it alone. I’ve had it on my phone for a week and the ring is falling apart already. I should have just stayed with a pop socket.

The case ring is weak after using it for 8 days. I will be in the store tomorrow or I will call to get a replacement. I sent to much money on this case to have this issue.

Love the look of this case, but after having it for 3months the ring on the back broke. I wouldn’t buy this case again. Total waste of money.

Boring. Not well made. Too expensive. I would not recommend.

$45 for a phone case in 2019 is a little bananas. Cute case, but way too expensive.

Beautiful case but just after 5 days the rotating ring is loose, and won’t stay in place

This product was on sale and that's the only reason it was purchased. The quality is so-so.

After only one week, the ring detached from the back. I’m not talking about the glue being low quality, the whole ring broke from the hinge! Super expensive and really low quality! Stay away from this item!!! Personally I’m never buying from this brand again!

I love the look, that’s what made me buy it . With in the week the ring holder broke its supposed to hold phone up with out you holding but I can’t anymore. The spring inside is probably broke .

Bottom of your phone is unprotected so expect to break a lot of screen protectors. The ring stand broke off pretty quickly.

It did not even last a month! Had to replace it! I spent toooo much money and no replacement, in that short length of time! 2nd one purchased and the last!

The case is beautiful but, it does not come over the top edges like speck and otterbox. Would not protect much if dropped or bumped.

This case did not impress me at all.!the ring you slip your finger through just made it not user friendly

Fell apart in 4 days! Waste of money. The part that you hold feel off.
