I bought this case for my new iPhone XS Max because it was so pretty and Kate Spade. I never owned one before so I thought I would try it out. I normally buy otter box or speck cases for my iPhones. The case was so cute but didn’t like the slick feel on the back. I thought I was going to drop it , so I put the ring it came with on the back. Within 1 1/2 weeks the ring broke. The pin was coming out of it and it was really loose. So I exchanged it for a speck case :)!! Would not recommend!! Things I did like was the color and how it was clear on the back and showed the color of my iPhone.

The case itself was very nice, however, the pop-socket on the back broke after only 3 weeks of use. For a Kate Spade product, I must say that I was disappointed by this lack of quality.

Boring. Not well made. Too expensive. I would not recommend.

After only one week, the ring detached from the back. I’m not talking about the glue being low quality, the whole ring broke from the hinge! Super expensive and really low quality! Stay away from this item!!! Personally I’m never buying from this brand again!

I love the look, that’s what made me buy it . With in the week the ring holder broke its supposed to hold phone up with out you holding but I can’t anymore. The spring inside is probably broke .

Bottom of your phone is unprotected so expect to break a lot of screen protectors. The ring stand broke off pretty quickly.

It did not even last a month! Had to replace it! I spent toooo much money and no replacement, in that short length of time! 2nd one purchased and the last!

The case is beautiful but, it does not come over the top edges like speck and otterbox. Would not protect much if dropped or bumped.

This case did not impress me at all.!the ring you slip your finger through just made it not user friendly

Fell apart in 4 days! Waste of money. The part that you hold feel off.

I wanted to love this case, it’s really cute and the ring is a big plus! After 2 weeks of use and tons of compliments, the ring went loose and is pretty much useless! and I can’t even take it off! for $50 I was expecting a much better quality! so disappointed

If I had written this review immediately after purchase, I would have given it 5 stars. It's really cute. The case is fine. Now, I'm super thankful that I bought it when it was on sale because the ring became loose quickly, and the pin is almost completely out. It can no longer be used to prop up the phone, and I'm pretty sure the ring will just fall off at any time now. I've ordered another brand. I take excellent care of my phone, so it is not a matter of abuse. It's just a low quality product.

The ring broke within a few days then I dropped my phone from like 2 feet off of the ground and the back shattered. Expected a little bit of protection.
