Good battery boost, failed to protect phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this case primarily for battery boost capability as I work 12 hour shifts that often stretch to 13-14 hours; if I use my phone intermittently during that time or have forgotten to charge overnight, battery could run low by end of that time. The battery boost function worked quite well, but only giving 2 stars as my phone's front screen cracked when I accidentally dropped my phone.

cute design but very poor quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased for iphone 5 since battery always drains - stopped working within a month and this case definitely was not cheap. best buy said i had surpassed the 15 day return time and contacted kate spade who manufactures it and said i needed to contact best buy where i purchased. no one seemed to care to help that i received a defective poor quality item paid for at full price. very upsetting to say best buy could not honor me my money back because i essentially threw it away on a case that was purchased more so for the functionality but it does not function! poor customer service :(
