    This is probably my 3rd or 4th Kate Spade iPhone case through the years because I have loved them so much in the past and have always thought they had pretty decent protection for a “pretty” case. Bought this case the same day I got my brand new iPhone 10sMax. I double checked the case description for “shock resistant (and I believe the box it came in said) for approx. 8ft drops”. The product itself had great reviews which is why when it slipped out of my hand at work and landed on carpeted floor I was so surprised to see the ENTIRE back of my iPhone shattered. Not sure if I’ll ever trust this brand again which breaks my heart because I love Kate Spade and always love the designs on their phone cases.
