nice case but broke quickly

AWFUL QUALITY

I ordered this phone case and after about 3 days the sides started to detach. I called in and they sent me a replacement and after 4 days this one fell apart again. Called Best Buy once again and they refused to send me a different case or refund. Only would send the same case. Clearly based on reviews I am not the only one with this issue and don't understand why this case is still being sold.

Decent case but not complete protection.
