Not worth the money

It started out as a small "tear" near the volume controls a couple months in and slowly got worse and worse.

Piece of Junk!

What a piece of junk! I wish I put stock in the other negative reviews with the same problem. I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me and I was also swayed by how pretty it is. I submitted a warranty claim to Incipio and have not received a response. It looks like I wasted my money and will have to shell out more money for a new one. This time I will go for durability!

Very poor quality- fell apart

I'm not rough on my phone so I was very surprised. Never had this happen before with any of my many phone cases. Even though the case was still practically new, Best Buy refused to allow me to exchange it. I had to go through mailingbit back to the manufacturer, which was a hassle. Last time I buy a phone case from Best Buy.

By November 2021 the sides pulled away from the back so I returned / exchanged it for the same case. Now the new case is doing the same thing. I am a very careful and light user so it is definitely not excessive or abusive use causing the problem.
