Outer layer chipping in 2.5 months

No longer returnable through the app, this is a pretty case but has turned out to be junk.

Disappointed

Although, 1 star because I dropped my phone once after having it only a week the case did not break but my phone cracked from the back instead where the case is covering. I have the Note 20 Ultra. It does not take the shock of the drop and my phone only fell from 3ft. Disappointing and a qaste money for how much the case was.

No grip and buttons are really hard to press

It has no grip at all. And I can barely press the buttons it's so stiff. I can't really use the double press the power button for the camera to come up anymore because of this. Only giving 2 stars because it is cute. But otherwise it would be 1.
