Received these from BB on 12/29; set them up with the KEF S2 stands and KC62 Sub. Everything set up easily. I connected the speakers to my Samsung TV via ARC HDMI. From the beginning the speakers kept shutting down every 30-60 minutes while watching TV. While streaming music that never occurred and the sound was amazing! After shutting down on me for the umpteenth time I switched to an optical cable on the TV. After 30 minutes the speakers shut down again! I turned them back on and approx. 15 minutes later there was a LOUD POP--and the primary speaker was dead. I've heard that pop before with electronics and pretty much knew there was no hope. The power never came back on the primary speaker. This is a $2800 set of speakers and they lasted 3 days. I'm returning them to BB tomorrow and will have a replacement set sent to me. I will update my review in more detail at a later date with the results after the exchange. These speakers sound like heaven--I hope it was just bad luck. We'll see.

Speakers sound amazing. Great for both music and cinemas, crystal clear audio. But my set plagued with wireless connection issues. Left speaker keep loosing audio from primary. Tried several times with no use. I ended up returning.

Great sound but issues with the speakers making a thumping sound and as well a humming sound. Not often but it does happen. These Kef speakers are still a work in progress. I may end up returning them.

Great audio quality, far beyond Sonos, Apple Pods, and such. Beautiful design, high quality materials. They look quite elegant with the stands. The HDMI has been quite buggy since I bought them, it disconnects randomly. It became worse with firmware 1.8, disconnecting every 5 minutes or so, which makes that input practically useless. HDMI CEC control is also buggy, when activated the speakers turn on by themselves randomly. Support has been lacking at best, they had me exchange the set once, and asked me to exchange them again a few months after. Then I found online many people using the hdmi in these speakers are having issues. Great for music, but don’t buy if you’d use them with a TV.

Awesome punch. Definitely something special in a small package. The sound these things emit is wonderful. The lows aren’t very heavy on these but that’s a good reason to add a sub.

Second day I have them, and I so excited. I don’t know what can be better. They are so beautiful and have an incredible sound. I love them.

You definitely need the $500 stands and the $1500 subwoofer to make this already pricey $3000 speakers worthy the hype. For that amount I bought Klipsch Forte IV Heritage Premium. Add a few $$ more and you can even find a bargain on a La Scala AL5. No bookshelf speaker can match the spectrum of Floorstanding. Excellent! Absolutely love them. Definitely recommend for high end quality sound.

Have ordered these twice since December 27th of 2025 and still haven't recieved them. They were supposed to be in the first week of January 2026 and never arrived. Then best buy reordered them and have not been delivered. Very disappointed in this.
