I have a Samsung Galaxy 5. In less than 3 day's, the clip wouldn't stay in place. I won't recommend

This is my first negative comment. The item broke and pieces fell inside of my vent. Brutal

Unfortunately, the people who made this product never bothered to try it. Doesn't even stay on.

I returned it same day I bought it. I did not like the way it held the phone it fell down.

It secues it just fine but the bezel for vents is recessed and the holder won't fit.

Construction us good, but the mount doesn't stay put and us hard to attach the phone.

The vent grip did not hold it's shape and is bent.

The Kenu is a simple and elegant solution for a cel phone vent mount. It works well on my 2015 Subaru OB. Using cel phone navigation on the Kenu works better than my old Garmin suction mount GPS.

This device clips to your AC vent. The weight of your phone will cause your AC vent to close. In turn, your phone will face down, or to the side. But not where you need it to be to function properly. The weight of your phone will also cause it to fall onto the floor because the device is not strong enough to keep the phone attached to the vent. This is, in part, because the rubber ends (which grab onto the vent) come detached from the metal prongs they fit over, which causes the device to drop your phone. The rubber ends will either fall into your AC vent or onto your floor board. Either way, they're lost forever. In short, this device is a total piece of garbage. It is a flawed design and defies physics. Also stay away from the magnetic holders. Unless you sport a cell phone with no protective case (who would?), the magnet isn't strong enough to hold the phone. Your phone will slide down the magnet and drop on to the floor.

After researching this clip-on style cell phone holders, the Kenu seemed to be the best choice for me. I was happy to find out Best Buy could had it available and shipped it for store pick up. Holds my new Galx7 phone/ case adjusted snugly upon my 95° vertical vent louvers. You just have to use 2 hands. If you try to "tear" the phone out, you'll pull the holder out of the vent or break your vent louvers. (use your head) It has a small insignificant footprint on my dashboard and I can move it to Horizontal too. No gi-normous "cherry-picker" arms and glue.
