    Doesn't roll very good. The wheels have a tendecy to oscilate like a ferris wheel, rather than moving forward or backward.

    My only issue with it is that its not very tall. So even though it says the top has neck support, it doesn't. I'm 5'6" and the top of the back of the chair barely reaches my lower shoulder. I have to decide whether to keep it, because I have neck & back issues.

    Was a difficult assembly and all instructions are in chinese. Screw holes did not match up on the arm and probably will not last very long at all. The material is very thin and questionable on.Whether it's real leather or not.
