    I'm very pleased with this thermal cup (mug) because it is short enough so that the coffee or hot chocolate goes directly into the mug, without have to use an intermediary cup. Most other travel mugs are too tall to accept the brewed beverage. Previously I had to pour the coffee from a regular mug into a taller travel mug. This mug holds a full 12 ounces, so it's perfect for me. I'll be getting some of these for friends.
