I ordered online, if I saw it in store I would have never bought it. And terrible insulation, coffee gets room temperature within 90 minutes. Buyer beware

Con: Does not maintain content temp more than 30 min. Coffee gets lukewarm in 45 min. I bought two identical cups. They both have similar performance. Suggest try other brand.

I only used it once because it never kept my tea hot. I made my tea to take to work with me but by the time I got to work my tea was cold.

The outer metal shell heats up and radiates the coffee's heat to the outside world. For the money you can find a better vacuum sealed coffee mug that actually keeps the coffee warm.
