    This is our 4th Keurig. It's ok, although I wish it had a 12 Oz cup selection. The largest is 10. It's less convenient to have to run 2 different cycles to get a 12 Oz cup of coffee. I missed that info when reading the description of this model before purchasing it. It's also hard to find the right way to touch the screen to turn it off. It turns on without a problem.
