We really like all of the functions that this model has to offer. My only complaint is the error we get when we are using a compatible product, but the machine doesn't recognize it as such.

My first Keurig did not have options for specialty drinks. I absolutely love this Keurig. I also enjoy the water filter option, which improves the taste of the coffee.

I have had 2 kuerig machines in past and now have a cusinart. Better warranty on cusinart (3 yrs) however could not resist this color for our new home. Hopefully will last longer than other 2 kuerig machines.

I tried this keurig brewer to replace my single metal cup keurig brewer and had to take it back. Even after running vinegar/water mixture through it over 30 times and regular water over 30 times and then intermittently trying and wasting about 8 different kcups of coffee, the plastic taste and smell in the coffee was evident. Could not get past the plastic taste and smell. If you are not sensitive to tastes and smells, it does brew fast and hot.

A previous Keurig stopped working. The water wouldn't come out. We got this one as a replacement along with an extended warranty in case this one has the same problem.

This is my 3rd Keurig brewer. I have one that I use for travel--single cup. Such a nice selection of K-cups makes this brewer a winner!!

Makes great tasting coffee and the machine is a little smaller than the Classic model. Coffee also is hotter after brewing as water is preheated.

Love the keurig coffee maker, you can adjust the settings on this one. Especially love that you can adjust for a old cup of coffee of you want. good size water holder.

I like that it reminds me to refill the water reservoir with words rather than a flashing light. Multiple languages are available, I am currently using French. I wish I could set the default serving size to one I prefer.

This machine will replace your old coffee pot. It let's you used k pods as well as use it in a traditional sense if that's what you choose

Happy with my purchase, bought to replace an older model and like the new features. Does only take Keurig brand cups, but typically that was all I bought anyway.

My wife and I have been using coffee pods for at least 12 years. Our first machine was a KEURIG and we bought a KEURIG mini for vacation - still have that at the office. We have bought several KEURIGS over the years. Durability not so great. Features are inferior to other brands. Bought this one = half off. And my wife liked the color. We were hoping KEURIG improved. Sadly, I would say no. It depressed. It works - just not impressed.

We went in to buy a washer and dryer and my daughter saw this coffee maker. She loves it and it was a great deal with a special $20 best buy card when purchased.

The color, the functionality, the brew quality; I absolutely LOVE this product. The only reason I wouldn't rate it 5-stars is because it doesn't come with a cup or carafe and, for the price, I believe it should.

If you don’t have time to enjoy a drip brewed coffee, try this out. It’ll get you on the road with a decent cup of coffee in no time.

My friend had one and I really liked it so I purchased one myself. Perfect for everyone that has different coffee preferences! Really like the different settings.

I bought this product on a Black Friday sale for my sister’s house and she absolutely loves it. Also the price was what I wanted to spend.

Upgraded from a smaller version and so happy with this upgrade. Easy to use and a wide variety of brewing and cup sizes. Worth the money.
