The last one I had, do not remember the model, I just pressed start and walked away. This one I have to wait until the preheat is complete and then select a cycle.

It's the best coffee maker on the market. It's very reliable and easy to use. Just fill it with water and let it do its thing day in and day out.

I am in heaven every morning..... coffee made and Im out the door, evenings I use it to make my hot tea for evening ....

Works very well. Water reservoir is filtered and makes the whole process more efficient. Highly recommended. Not the greatest service at Best Buy, but I recommend the product nonetheless.

I love the fact that you can make a single cop or a pot of coffee. The pot of coffee takes under three minutes and a regular cup under one.

It is hard to find the large k cup for this machine. The pot that you would to brew 4 cups is a little spendy so I opted out and just use it for the single serve.

I enjoy using this product, the only thing I don’t like is the coffee size on the menu isn’t as accurate as I’d like. I wish it had bigger cup options for a turvis

I've wanted this type of coffee maker for quite awhile. Decided to treat myself no matter the price.. but, but it on sale!!

I got this unit on black Friday. My wife got it setup going by the instructions and when we got the first cup of coffee it tasted like burn plastic. Called Keurig customer service they told me they were sending a new unit. Never did called 3 times and my order was never placed for the replacement. Best Buy was awesome they just gave me my money back no questions ask but Keurig was terrible. Never buying Kiurig again

I no longer waste money on buying coffee. This Keurig is the best thing since sliced bread. It's saved me so much money.

Only my husband drinks coffee, and this is just the right size for him to have a couple of cups each morning. He loves it.

Heats ups quickly, also has various water oz choices. The best is that you can choose for strong brew or regular brew!
