    The machine worked as advertised but the lcd screen went out and was non responsive. Luckily I had bought geek squad protection and got a different model after setting up an appointment for an exchange.

    Got this to replace an older version. Small water tank, not as many controls as other model which I think is still available. If I had to do over would most likely not get this model, although a reasonably good product.

    I had read about the decline in quality of Keurig coffee makers lately. I should read reviews more carefully. As others have said, it's noisy and unreliable. Sometimes it will make coffee and sometimes it doesn't. Mostly, it doesn't. Even if I can get it to make one cup after plugging and unplugging, it doesn't always make a second. It feels very cheaply made, The drip tray won't stay in place. It's going back to the store.

    I'm still trying to determine exactly what is not right about the brew mechanism, but it seems to not make a full cup more often than not...possibly it is stuck in "stronger" mode. Definitely would select another model had I known this would be an issue.

    The machine broke the second week. The coffee tasted like plastic. I was the only one using it and I read the instructions before operating it and it was a dissapintment. I didn't like it.

    I got this Keurig because my previous one was getting old and I wanted to replace. I've had quite a few problems with this new one. I believe it may be a warranty issue as it will often say "close lid" when it's already closed.

    Upon arrival the unit looks amazing but unfortunately I haven’t been able to turn it off. It stays on and won’t completely shut off. I’m not sure if it’s a setting but I haven’t been able to shut it off.

      Thank you for your review and feedback. To power the K200 off, press and hold the power icon for 3 seconds. There will still be light on the screen, this is expected behavior. The screen should only be dark when the brewer is unplugged. Hope this helps! KeurigCare

    We bought this Kurieg be aside we have an older one and Wanted to upgrade. What a horrible decision. We used the machine for 2 days and took it back. You can only use special pods. Also the sensor would get blocked and give an error message.

    The only issues I had with this keruig was I'd put the k-cup in there and put my cup under and hit start but 5 out 10 times it wouldn't work. Like nothing would come out and I'd have to start over.

    Not sure what happened to Kuerig but this machine is horrible! Puts out a cup of coffee that smells and tastes like melted plastic even after trying every method out there to clean this brand new machine. Stay away! Do not buy!

    Worked great until...

    It was working fine for about a year and then started leaking when warming up which has caused splatters and leaks. I've tried cleaning it out as per the recommendations and still makes a mess.

    Keurig 2.0 is inherently flawed

    If you have a choice, do not buy a Keurig 2.0 system. Even if the k-cup is Keurig branded, it may not work in a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. The only K-cups that will work have a white ring around the top label of the k-cup itself.

    Good coffee maker, does the job, but seems like it is always reheating the water, and you have to manually shut it off or it will stay on. Could use a bigger water reservoir, but like I said it does the job.

    We are having a tough time getting the amount of coffee to have a perfect cup of coffee. Grounds are getting in the coffee, but I can't see how that could happen. I need a more simple one. guess we are dense.

    I thought this model would be better than the basic but the only difference is the touch screen. It does seem to hold more water but I have to take the platform off to get my mug under it.
