    The only thing I am not completely thrilled about is the size of the water tank. If you drink a lot of coffee get the bigger one.

    I bought this for my wife for Christmas however we returned it because it can't be drained completely for effective cleaning.

    The machine functions well as long as it's kept clean. Otherwise, it clogs and stops working. I'd get a better machine next time.

    the first one was replaced and now the second one I got is doing almost the same thing. There are grinds in my coffee consistently.

    Makes great coffee, but drips a puddle

    I switched from a V-cup to this machine and had it for 4 months before it started to drip after the coffee was dispensed. It would drip anywhere from 10-30 minutes and fill the reservoir tray where the cup sits when dispensing. I have cleaned everything visible and cannot identify any foreign objects blocking the mechanism to close the spout. Glad I purchased the geek-squad replacement certificate!

    This coffee maker is a little difficult to figure out. Hard to navigate the options and regularly rejects my coffee pods.

    This is my second Keurig. I wanted a smaller unit for the Motorhome and also wanted the ability to make several cups at a time. I have been very pleased with this Keurig 2 K200. It makes a good cup of coffee. I like being able to make a stronger cup if I want. I like being able to change the size of the cup I make(my other one also has this option). I have not purchased the carafe so I cannot comment on making several cups at one time. Plan on buying it soon. The only negative is the noise it makes while brewing. It is loud and sounds like it is working hard.

    I got this unit in Nov 2016 and it recently started leaking. Until that happened it was a good unit. I just got off the phone with Keurig and all they offer is 20% off a new unit and 2 free boxes of beverage. For the price these units should last longer or at least have parts available.

Our specifications for all Keurig coffee makers currently being produced require that materials used in the water paths are only industry standard materials that do not contain BPA and meet or exceed Food & Drug Administration guidelines for product safety.     The coffee maker worked great for about two weeks then it just started smoking and gave me a message to call company that I had a problem, and after being on hold for about 15 min and being transfer they told me that I could returned it or pay for the shipping for them to send me another coffee machine.

    It is not as good as the older Kurigs. You cannot use just any k-cup with it. So be careful buying other brands.
