Also with the smaller tank I was filling it all the time and with the tank cover it collected condensate that dripped water on the counter when filling the tank. Decided to spend the money and get the larger one, much happier now.

Its louder when preheating than my old keurig and this model makes a loud clicking noise when it is brewing. Not good when not everyone is awake yet. And it was missing top piece to the filter. I will be returning it.
