    The first one kept having issues almost every use, so when I went to exchange it they didn't have the same color and my choices were to wait 6 weeks or pay $35 more. It was a present for my mom so I had to pay the extra money. Happy with the product, dissatisfied with the store.

    It was a nice size with a lot of features. Right away it was leaking & the panel you used for making your choices kept erroring out. I returned it & bought a different brand machine.

    This Keurig coffee maker is even worse than the others I have purchased recently. It failed after only a few weeks. I took it back and purchased another one (to use up my K cups), and the other unit failed after less than a month. They wouldn't fill the cups with water. I found another manufacturer that can use K cups and have been using it for a few weeks now. I encourage anyone considering Keurig to select another manufacturer. The quality has gotten terrible.

    The item looks good and works good probably for about 2 weeks and then the screen starts acting up on it I ended up returning it and switching it out for a different model now I am happy with no issues

    It worked great for a year and then stopped filling cups all the way and also started to leak. Felt like I bought a cheap one instead of one worth over 120 dollars

    After trying different K-Cups it would not make coffer. It made hot water. It has a devise that cleans the needle. When inserted for it's purpose the display read "Remove because it was not made for this unit". Therefore I retuned it and the carousel for holding the K-cups. I am going to try a smaller single cup maker soon along with some. Someone else may have a better experience.

    Nice colors... but that's all.

    The pro is that it comes in these great new colors. The cons are that it will only brew 8oz cup sizes and I tried every hack on the web and couldn't get access to the full menu with a regular size kcup, there is no auto shut off/on, there is no clock, it's really not that compact; it's actually taller than the next model with the same counter footprint. Ultimately this wasn't what I expected and I returned it for the K475, the next model up.

    I find this Kerig coffee maker is cheaply made and slow. I bought this one for work and thought the teal color would be nice in our break room, now I wish I had gone with another model.

    I bought this Keurig K200 only 60 days ago. When you turn it on, during warm-up, it drips some water...at first. Nothing too major as I was embracing my new UPGRADED Keurig and the enclosed booklet mentioned some water drippage. In the last two to three weeks now it spits out from 1 to 3 ounces each time. You say "it's only water", well I have to buy that water and carry it. I live upstairs. Too late to return it to the store. I wasted my money on this coffee maker.

    I dislike the 2.0 k-cup system. The machine looks and feels cheap and I can't use half of the kcups I have. I returned it.

    Coffee maker is a little cumbersome to use because of the way you have to fill reservoir. Better models out there that are much easier to use.

    It's good for a single cup of coffee with the use of pods not to exceed 10 oz. I wish the options included 12 or even 16 ounce options. Instead you have to select the 10 oz and wait for it to heat up more water and then select an additional 4 oz or 6 oz. Also, the picture on the box appears as if the carafe comes with it but it does not so don't be fooled by appearances.

    I returned this unit because it uses the Keurig 2.0 tech which restricts the use of K-Cups without the special tag. I use a lot of specialty coffees and teas.

    Why Did I Wait So Long?

    I had a Tassimo brewer when they first came out. I used it initially, but in later years, because the products for it are so limited and it is so loud that if I wanted a cup early, it would wake up the whole house, so I did not use it that much. I have been amazed at the different coffees and other beverages that Keurig has come up with, but I was holding on to my Tassimo. I decided to use it recently and it would not work. Happen to be at Best Buy purchasing a microwave and saw the K200 2.0 on sale and could not pass it up. Love, love, love it. It is quiet, fast and and I am having so much fun trying out different products. Seriously thinking about getting one for the office. Thanks, Keuring for the free pods for this review.
