    Bought this as a house warming gift for my best friend because it was her favorite color and on her wishlist. It did not even turn on when it arrived. She called Keurig to see if they can help her troubleshoot and they told her it was originally purchased back in Oct 2018 and she got someone’s returned item from BestBuy. Super upset and embarrassed she got a defective product and had to be told by the Keurig people. #Fail

    had about 30 days but couldn't get menu to operate properly so had to call Keurig and they replaced this model with a different one.

    UPSET THAT THEY STOPPED MAKING THE PODS FOR 12-16OZ CUPS WHICH IS WHY I PURCHASED THIS MODEL. HAVE TO USE 2 PODS FOR EACH CUP.

    Got this brewer for my office because it was a great deal. Also got the carafe. Tried it out at home. Kcup coffee tastes great. Carafe coffee also tastes great as well. I was expecting it to be more compact but its just slightly smaller than my K45. I think the K200 is going to stay home and K45 is going into the office. if you like Keurig, it doesn't disappoint. A few things. there is not automatic shut off its a little noisier than my K45 (keurig 1.0). Also, I am writing this review because Keurig is giving a way free boxes of coffee if we write an honest, unbiased review of our coffeemaker. So here it is. Thank Keurig, for the free pods for this review!

    I live in an area with bad water contamination so we use a zero water filter. This model couldn't handle it and would constantly eject cold water and not work properly. Kuerig said if was because our zero water filter worked too well and took out too many minerals!!! Basically told me to use our bad tap water or buy spring water. Buyer beware!

    I have had my Keurig 2.0 Brewer for two weeks now. It was easy to set up and it looks and works fine. I really enjoy having the choice of so many flavors of coffees in the K-Cups. Since this way of brewing single cups of coffee is new to me, I was kind of surprised at the cost of the K-Cups, but I still like to have the choice and opportunity of all the different flavors of coffee in the morning. I love the design of this brewer, K200. I think that it is beautiful, I like the touch screen and It works so quickly. It's very easy to use. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review".

    Considering returning the Keurig 2.0 Coffee Maker

    It functioned just fine, but I have not been able to get a good cup of "anything" because the water reservoir is made from a plastic that taints the water so bad it overwhelms the product by the plastic flavor. Too bad too, I've probably flushed 100 cups of water through trying to clear the plastic taste, but to no avail. Very disappointed, if I could give it a -0- I would.

    I should have followed the other reviews that warned against the 2.0. I have been using a Kerrigan at the office for 5 years, never an issue, always great. I saw this one. It looked cool and perfect for home, so I bought it and all the fixings to go with it. It was awful! Terrible coffee with K packs, with the standard and the larger ones. We tried and tried.. Was always awful!

    I bought this model @ Best Buy when it was on sale for only $79.00 (right before Christmas). LOVE IT. I so like the on-screen programming; simple and I can control the strength of my coffee (can make stronger). I also like the fact that this machine recognizes if you only want hot water. The ONLY drawback is if you drink A LOT of coffee or have multiple users (only two of us) then you'd want a bigger water tank. If you don't mind a smaller water tank & don't mind filling up more often, then by all means, this is a really good product.

    The K200 is a great size for smaller kitchens or for anyone looking to save some counter space. The only drawback to the smaller size is that the 40-ounce reservoir will require frequent refilling if you use the machine multiple times per day. Otherwise, the K200 simplifies my morning routine and offers a huge variety of coffee and beverage choices. Coffee sometimes tastes rather weak, especially on the larger brew settings. I would recommend using Extra Bold K-Cups when brewing 10 ounces or more. Also, coffee doesn't seem to stay hot for very long, but it's not a huge issue if you drink the coffee as soon as its made. On weekends, I still use my trusty drip brewer, mainly because I have the extra time and still prefer the stronger coffee taste. But for busy mornings and lazy nights, the Keurig does the job just fine.

    The Keurig is the best coffee maker I've ever purchased. It's easy to use, and makes an amazing cup of coffee. The water reservoir is really convenient. You don't have to add the water for each cup. The best part is the choices of coffee you have. All the ones I have purchased have tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend this Keurig to anyone else looking to purchase one. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

    Got this for a gift for a family member looked good but after opening the box a piece was busted . called the vendor still waiting 4 the part.. when you call them back the part is on back order..i just gave up.. spending all this money and they couldn't use it. Just sad
