    My second keurig in two years. We use our Keurig every other day to every day and non have lasted longer than a year. For the price and maintenance that it needs and for it not to last longer than 1 year it is so not worth it.

    My husband likes his coffee strong and I like it less strong so this is working out really well for us. i love the convenience of not having to wash the pot and the filter basket every day. I was little surprised that there wasn't an automatic shut off. This unit would stay on all day keeping the water warm if you do not turn it off. Other than that, it's a keeper!     This is my first Keurig coffee maker and I LOVE IT! It is so easy to use, and the instructions for maintenance are very easy to follow which I really appreciate but the best part is the coffee. I get up in the morning, and within minutes I'm drinking a cup of coffee that is better than I can get at our local coffee shop. I will NEVER use another coffee maker again! Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

    The Keurig smelled like plastic after brewing and caused all drinks to taste and smell like plastic. We tried cleaning it with no luck. The water reservoir smelled fine but after brewing it’s like the k cup holder got too hot and ruined the drink.

    I love the new Keurig. The color is fun and I really like the added water reservoir and all the different sizes I can brew. The touch screen is a nice addition and is easy to use. The only thing that would make the new 2.0 better is if there was a refillable pod to go with it that you could use for all the different sizes. I like to make teas and there aren't any carafe or mug pods for tea. Maybe soon? Otherwise thoroughly enjoying my new Keurig. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

    I love Best Buy, but do not like the Keurig 2.0 200 coffee maker. It is awkward to fill. You have to use only use Keurig k cups, others are rejected. I would have returned it, but had used it several times before I learned about the k cup part.

    To begin with I was in store and saw the product. When I checked the reviews online the online price was $45 cheaper. So I obviously purchased online. I've used it twice and it is already malfunctioning. Would not recommend.

    I bought this for my daughter's college dorm and was very disappointed that the coffee pot simply wouldn't power up. I didn't return it because I had already taken it out of the box. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it!

    Only had it 3 weeks. Husband went to make a cup of coffee, forgot to put the cup under it. Poof. End of the Keurig, you would think they could protect the product from an accidental spill

    This is a great buy and on top of that, got it on SALE! One would think only coffee drinkers can enjoy this machine but I probably enjoy it more than them. =) It is a fast way to make my latte, hot cocoa, and tea in the mornings. Haven't had any issues with it and I am glad to have this in my kitchen!! =) Definitely recommended.

    Ever since I had this Keurig, every time I make a cup of coffee my cup is full of grinds. I am very disappointed since it took me so long to get one due to the expense.

    Plugged it in and the screen wouldn’t let me set it up. Had to call keurig and have a different one sent. Come to find out this brand has horrible reviews. Don’t waste your money

    Has no temperature setting. SO IF YOUR ONE TO ADD CREAM OR MILK TO YOUR COFFEE. You end up with cold coffee. BEST BUY REFUSES RETURN. BOUGHT MY LAST ITEM FROM BEST BUY.

    Don’t get me wrong; the coffee tastes great. I didn’t want to buy this but my ex wife made me. Buy a cheapo coffee pot from Walmart. You get more bang for your buck

    I don't use it anymore as it always leaves grounds in the cup. Have cleaned it multiple times and called tech support. Buy a more expensive one and spare yourself the headache.

    broke right at the 1 year 2 days. only 1 year warranty. ugh best buy wouldnt help at all. not buying a keurig anymore, prefer grinding beans for better flavor
