    Doesn't do as good a job as a regular coffee machine Even though it has a "strong" setting it does nothing Get a normal coffee maker if you like good coffee

    Purchased this Keurig in Aug 2016. It stopped working in Dec 2016 .Instead of giving new one. Best buy wants to repair it. I did purchase extended warranty. Sad.

    This is our 2nd Keurig - we previously had a bigger/bulkier version that we used so much, we burned it out. Trying to save money, we switched to traditional coffee maker, but even those didn't last and we constantly had issues w/pots or weren't finishing all the coffee we made. Saw this was on sale for the holidays so decided to give it a try. Only been using a few days but have already noticed few pros & cons regarding this machine. PROS: ) Can choose variety of sizes to brew depending upon need; like that it can be used w/smaller cup to travel mug to carafe. 2) Like that I can heat up cocoa or tea or even run hot water thru to add to soup/oatmeal, etc. 3) Prefer the curved water reservoir compared to other model which was on side and more difficult to fill; we don't even take it off the machine, we just use thermos to add water when needed. It also holds 40 oz which is sufficient for 2 of us. Others complained saying this was a negative due to how often needs to be filled but no different than constantly needing to fill traditional machine w/water each time you brew. CONS 1) Yes, you can only use Keurig brand k-cups w/this machine due to sensor. However, we have found you can use each k-cup twice w/o affecting the strength of the coffee. In fact, using same pod twice, warrants enough coffee to fill a travel mug, just what need for work. In addition, for $7 we purchased an adaptor that allows you to use regular coffee grounds, just have to make sure it's one compatible w/machine (we bought at same time as machine and got Keurig brand) 2) Unlike our other unit, this one didn't come w/carafe or k-cup samples, which for the price, believe it should have. May purchase the carafe yet but since doing so means purchasing specialized pods, waiting to see if more cost effective not to. 3) The major thing I dislike about this unit is the power button. It turns on, preheats water and brews just fine. But when done, automatically reheats for additional brewing and I've had hard time getting it to turn off. And there's nothing in manual to indicate how to overcome this. Tried several times to power it off when done making the desired amount of coffee, sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't so not sure if default or human error

    This item stopped working after a year. I contacted Keurig and they said they wold have a technician call me but they never called

    My idea for the RV

    A way to go for the RV. Can make a cup of coffee when needed. Don't have to make a carafe full just for a cup. Love it! I did give it 4 stars because I have to use Keurig brand with it only but finally bought the filter unit to use with it and I fill it up with my own coffee grounds.

    No matter how much vinegar I ran through the machine, I couldn’t get rid of the plastic smell & taste. I returned it.

    Return to Best Buy, but Keurig sent me a new one at no cost to me. Keurig try to fix it but it didn't work.

    This new 2.0 model is great and it has an option of hot water on demand which is very helpful. It is small and convenient in the kitchen. It makes good tasting tea and coffee. I simply love this machine.

    I was a little skeptical about getting a single cup coffee maker. I know that the pods are expensive. However, there were so many times when I would dump out unused coffee. I did find some pods in a large bulk box at Walmart for approximately .30 each. I went ahead and ordered the machine. It was a Keurig 2.0 K 200. I like it and I am glad I ordered it. It seems to be well constructed, and it is easy to use. It is convenient which really is a plus for me. For those mornings when I am in a hurry it is perfect. If I have a lot of people over I go back to my old drip machine. I have no complaints and no regrets about getting it. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.

    Great for a Quick cup of Coffee

    I researched the Keurig on line and read a lot of reviews before purchasing one. We purchased the Keurig 2.0 from Best Buy.com. This is our first Keurig. It is great when we only want one cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate, and the varieties are endless. It will be nice for company too, everyone does not always like the same kind of hot drink. Also, it is so handy to get just the hot water to use for oats, soups, mac and cheese and other things. I thought it would take up a lot of room, make a big footprint, but it fits in a much smaller space that I realized and looks nice too. We would like to thank Keurig for the free pods for writing this review.
