This is replacing a Keurig that I have had for years. My wife insisted on having something with a little more color in the kitchen. My previous Keurig was black. It works great and easy to make a fresh cup of coffee before work. I love it

This is our second Keurig. The first was working completely fine but we unfortunately broke it. So I went out and bought this one as a replacement and got it on sale for only $70 and actually like it even better than our previous one. It can make 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 22, and 30 oz at a time with the Keurig My K-Cup Universal pod. Which I love because our previous one only made 10 oz or the large 30 oz. Now i can have 12oz. I don't get the oops message ever on this new one which is something that happened everytime on my previous Keurig and this one just seems to run smoother and faster. It did come with a water filter but I opted not to use it and it still works fine. We love it!

First time buyer of a Keurig and i am totally happy with my purchase. It's super easy to use and set up. Recommended for people who don't drink coffee every single day since the price of Kcups eventually add up to more money.

Purchased as prize for work function. The person that one it really liked it and says is works well.

I love this machine over my previous one just because it is faster and I don't have to keep refilling it. It easily serves 3-4 people depending on the amount of coffee you consume.

This Keurig K200 series is the newer version. I had the same but older version and I think it was better. This takes longer to warm up and has less water in the reservoir. Other than that it's still good.

We have two keurigs at home and one in my office. Our original Keurig, is 3 years old and going strong, We had to warranty our first 2.0 machine due to pump failures. This item i also temperamental. Keurig tried to force a DRM type of solution to make users only buy licensed K-Cups... a unplanned side effect is it sometimes doesn't allow you to use LICENCEND K-Cups. Keurig 3.0 better be a vast improvement.

Does what it says never had an issues with coffee not coming out

This product makes getting a cup of coffee so fast and easy in the morning, or anytime. The only thing I don't like is how pricy the descaling product is.

I love having a Keurig in my kitchen, it makes great coffee in a quick manner and it taste delicious. There are so many varieties to choose from!

I have been using it everyday for the past 3 months. Got a great deal on it during the summer. I like the new touchscreen and its easy to use.

I recommend Keurig as an honorable company, but I can't recommend the K200. Within a week of purchasing the K200, I noticed water was collecting under and around the unit. I thought perhaps I had spilled water when refilling the reservoir, but after further investigation, I found that the water was leaking from within the unit and out through the base. I called Keurig and explained the problem. Credit to them, they shipped a replacement to me within a few days with little hassle. The only downside was that they couldn't ship me black, only grey. Unfortunately, within 2 months of using my grey replacement K200, the screen stopped responding. I could see the power button on the touch screen, but it wouldn't respond. Unplugging and plugging back in didn't resolve the problem. After another conversation with Keurig, they sent me another replacement (still grey, though). As of yesterday, I am on my third K200 due to two different manufacture defects. I hope that I have better luck with this one. I really like this coffee maker when it works, but I definitely don't have confidence in it.

My old one broke so I needed to replace it ... Got it on sale I use it every day

Works good like my other Keurig has as well. Glad to get onto the later platform of their product. Thanks Best Buy!

This is a really nice coffee machine! It was my first keurig and I am definitely hooked. easy to use and navigate.

I’ve been owning the Keurig when they first came out and been loving it. Love my coffee!

We replaced our broken Keurig (pump went out) with the K200 and were thoroughly disappointed and after 30 days gave up and moved on. The water tank is woefully small (3 cups and its time to refill based on 10oz cups) and difficult to fill based on the shape. The horseshoe design is hard to hold, fill, and place back on the machine - and if you leave it on the machine to refill - its difficult due to the shape to keep from spilling. The temperature is not controllable and luke warm, the coffee quality is worse than our old Keurig, and having to buy Keurig 2.0 K-Cups is highway robbery. Sorry Keurig - you lost our business -- we replaced it after 30 days with a Cuisinart SS-780 and for $20 more we have a machine with an 80oz water tank, adjustable temperature, a rinse feature, we can use our favorite K-Cups, the user interface is better for selecting what we want the machine to do, it brews 12oz cups, and the flavor is significantly better. Spend a few dollars more and get a significantly better machine.

Second Keurig, first one in the 2.0 series. The first one lasted about a year before it died. This one was purchased to replace it. I purchased it in mid-November and it died in mid-January. It made a really good cup of coffee, but sadly the quality of the product itself is well below poor. Don't waste your money for the convenience, just buy a regular coffee pot.

The coffee maker is a great machine that gets me coffee in less than 2 minutes.

Great product and very easy to use. Definitely recommend this product for my fellow coffee drinkers
