This is my second Keurig and I love the options it gives me on the digital read out, I only wish the LCD screen was a little bit larger. I actually paid less for it at Bestbuy in comparison to Walmart and other retail stores

Hard to write much more than the title. The brewer worked fine once, then stopped working. I called Keurig and the said the needle that delivers the water gets jammed. They had me try to clean it with a paper clip, did not work. I guess I just had bad luck - but how do you develop a product that the critical component can get jammed from one use and then the solution is for you to have a bent paperclip available next to your brewer.

I've always wanted a Keurig and this one was the perfect choice! I love how it has a big water tank and my fiancé loves that it has special settings for hot chocolate.

I replaced my smaller unit because I wanted to be able to make a second cup w/o having to add more water and I thought I'd be able to get 12 ozs if I wanted to, since it has a larger water well. I literally HATE this new larger unit! Why does it take so much water just to get a second cup when it doesn't use all of the water that's in it? (The curved shape of the water well is stupid too) And who drinks 4 ozs of coffee? Very disappointed that I have to run it twice to get 12 ozs, and I'm not happy that I had to buy another refillable pod (actually had to buy 2, first one doesn't fit even though it said it did!). This version is a lot more work than my original little black one, takes longer to heat up and wastes water. The old one didn't and it still works after 3 yrs! (Gave it to my brother but now I miss it.) Coffee isn't as hot as the old one either. Selling this one, going back to the smaller version. The only nice thing about it is the color!

Went in looking for a smaller one but this was on sale. Like it just wished ot had more options other than strong/cocoa other!

Our last keurig started leaking, so I bought this. It's okay. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just makes the coffee.

Unfortunately, they deproved the original. The original was super simple. Add water and push button for small, medium, or large. It was nice and quiet and could get at least 5 medium cups before needing to reflil. This model makes noise when brewing and you only get 3 cups of coffee before needing to refill.

good buy and easy to use. I use it almost every day and no problems occur so far

We enjoy the larger water tank and carafe brewing.

Bought this new just 3 months ago. Worked fine with no problems until this morning. One cup of coffee went smoothly, the next no so much. The large cup finished or so I thought. Opened the k cup holder and it erupted spilling coffee and grounds into the cup below. After that it just stopped making coffee. I took the top out and washed it to make sure no grounds clogged it, then refilled the reservoir to no avail. You can turn it on and start the process, it seems like it will start, it dispenses about a teaspoon of coffee then stops. I even unplugged it and let it sit, plugged it back in but no change. A hundred bucks down the drain. I absolutely hate fighting with something in the morning like this. No more Kuerig for me. Shopping for something better today.

On the positive side it will brew up to 16 oz travel mug but in order to get the larger sizes you have to buy larger pods which are more expensive. I did find the K-Mug refillable pods but if I use them I have to fill, empty and wash them every time I use them. I drink coffee all day so this gets to be a big hassle. Also, it does not have an auto shut off option. I forget to turn it off every time I use it and I have frequently come home from work and started to get a cup of coffee only to find that I had left it on all day.

Very nice pick up for a Christmas gift this year!!
