    I'm so sad because this coffee maker is really cute. I'm just so disappointed that it wasn't delivered on time and some parts were missing! Definitely returning!

    As someone who fell completely in love with the turquoise Keurig 2.0 and saved my money up to get one, imagine my dismay this morning when I try to brew my morning cup of joe to find the message, "Sorry the brewer appears to have a problem." Anyone who has yet to have their morning coffee dreads waking up to an error message on their coffee maker! Well I followed the instructions and called the help line. They walked me through some basic maintenance tips (which I already do on my own but amused her.) When they did not fix the issue, I was met with a, "well we can give you $20 off a new machine." Really? A little over one year, just outside the warranty period, and it just dies, overnight, for no reason? Needless to say, although I loved the convenience and adorable color of my brewer, this is the end of the line for me and Keurig.

    Bought from Best Buy - Deal of the Day. I read the reviews and they were mostly favorable. I must comment about my disappointment. Upon unboxing the unit, I was pleasantly surprised that there were coupons in it to make purchases at Keurig. All the coupons were expired over a year ago! How old is this machine??? I have 2 issues with the operation of this machine. My first one is that the coffee is just not hot enough. It comes out warm. I must place it in the microwave prior to drinking. My second issue is that it NEVER brews the same amount. I choose 8 ounces and I will get anywhere between 6 - 10 ounces. If I choose 10 ounces, I will get anywhere between 8 - 12 ounces, sometimes my 12 ounce mug will spill over. I must send this back but I think I am out of my return window and I am partially disabled so it is difficult for me to travel to get back to the store. I suppose I will just have to live with this machine as is - disappointed.

    We loved our old coffee maker and bought this new one for us and also one for our daughter in Texas and worse choice I made for Christmas. As other postings stated many times you get coffee grounds in your coffee.Our unit broke this March so we only got about 21/2 months of use.We also sent one to Texas for our daughter and she is already having same problems. She gave her old one to her mother-in- law and it is still working after two years. I'm now watching for the higher price unit like we had before.I was buying coffee at our Best Buy and looking at new units. This coffee maker is very pretty but that is only thing going for it.

    Broke in 2 weeks.

    My husband bought me this for my birthday present. He got it a little late so it was bought mid December. It is now early January and it's broken. I woke up to a funny noise this morning. Walked over to find out my Keurig was making the noise and there was water everywhere. I thought maybe I had left it running so I unplugged it. I fell back asleep and woke up hoping it was a bad dream. I plugged the Keurig back in, and it made the same noise. It was still powered off. It emptied all the water out all over. Called the customer support and followed all directions. Still the same thing happened over and over. They are sending me the upgraded model since this one is outdated.

    Bad luck or bad brewer?

    Had trouble right out of the box. Couldn't get the water to filter properly. Finally did, then got stuck in a preheating cycle. Unplugged and restarted. Ran through plain water, then was going to make a cup of coffee only to get stuck in a cycle of opening, closing, preheating. Tried powering down and unplugging and it just continued.

    DOES NOT include "Keurig Brewer Maintenance Accessory". "Universal Reusable Coffee Filter" is not included either. User guide looks like comics for underage kids. If you buy it , be ready to look for normal manual online and buy many accessories (neither cheap or expensive, but takes time for delivery). Thank you Keurig and Bestbuy for ruined holiday gift. Returning it

    I have the purple one, Unfortunately it does not take all kcups. And of course my husbands favorite coffee it does not take it. It inconvenience machine
