Customer Ratings & Reviews

I almost exclusively use re-usable pods so some of the convenience and quickness of a Keurig brewer is lost for me since I have to grind up and fill each cartridge AND wash them after. Sure, it's better for the environment and allows me to control the size, type, and amount of grounds, but I believe most people buy these machines for the ease of having no cleanup and prefilled pods. The coffee is not very strong unless you reduce the amount of water and select the "Strong" button, which slows the water stream for more steeping. I would have to say that the process is less efficient than drip brewing if you are using your own grounds in reusable pods, therefore, you will end up wasting grounds comparatively. For example, I fill my reusable cartridge well above the "grounds line" (just over 2 tablespoons) use the "strong" setting, and only run 6oz of water instead of 8oz. In the long run, I'm probably getting about 15-20% fewer cups of coffee of similar strength and flavor to a drip pot. However, if I just want one small cup of coffee, this makes more sense than a drip pot. I haven't had any problems with it and follow the cleaning and maintenance routines pretty close to the suggestions in the manual. Decent machine and convenient for my first cup or two when I'm half-asleep and want a simple brewing process. Later in the day is when I have my "special" coffee, like a brew from a Brikka moka pot—but I don't want to deal with that first thing in the morning! So, the Keurig serves a purpose, just not the perfect brewing process or cup of coffee.

This will definitely pay off for stopping at the gas station every morning. Plus you can choose what coffees or teas you want at any time. Hot cocoa as well.

It's so easy to make a cup or a pot. I also love that I can use their brand of coffee or choose my own. The screen is so bright I can even do it in the dark.

Makes great coffee. It's fast to refill for next cup. I use mine every day.

I love my key rig, it is very fast. Easy to maintain and a great purchase.

Easy to use and understand, and looks so sleek in my kitchen.

This model takes up little space on my counter and it will take the larger cups

I don't drink coffee but I use it for hot chocolate, Chai tea latte and tea. We also use the hot water feature more than we thought we would. Great product!

This is the perfect size for a smaller kitchen. Easy to use.

Amazing product. Quick and easy, makes delicious coffee every time!

Thus far no issues with the machine. Not to loud when preheating water. Great for single or small family as it holds about 4 cups of water. Would buy again

Works great for single serving of coffee in the morning or tea at night.

This coffee machine is simple, easy to use and does not take up a lot of space. Perfect fit for someone on the go.

Easy to use, excited about the filter, and nice slim design.

Small and compact, love the ability to change the multiple sizes of coffee.

My first Keurig (mini) stopped working correctly so I went and found this and I am very happy! And all my other kcups worked in it too, so that's a plus.

Beautiful color and works perfectly!! I highly recommend this product.

Well designed and have been very pleased with its performance. Good overall Keurig coffee maker.
