I have now bought two of these identical products due the fact that I love it. Easy to set-up, easy to use without any fuss in the fewest amount of steps. It is also a very eye pleasing appliance for my kitchen counter decor. (The second one was gift and I would not give a gift that I wouldn't want to receive myself).

Love that they are making the machines in other colors now. Looking forward to adding this one to our small office space and it matches perfectly!

It's good, don't get me wrong, but I've had difficulties finding a store that has the k-cup brew your own cups in stock (not even online!). I still prefer my traditional coffee maker over this...

I have always looked into buying a hero and thought about it for a while. I wanted the single or multi-serve style but it was hard for me to spend that much on a brewer. I finally decided to get one especially after discussing with my friend and she is she loves hers. I was so excited when I got my Keurig and know I will use it frequently and for a long time.

Love it. Fast and easy. Strong button is the best.

Unit is easy to use, and produces a good cuo of coffee.

I have had several Keurig coffee makers and this is by far my favorite. It takes less space on the counter and I love the water on the back of the unit instead of on the side. I could sell Keurig's I love them so much. I also love Best Buy !!! I even buy my coffee from Best Buy who will always price match. Thanks Best Buy.

We were addicted to Starbucks and was spending a ton of money, since we bought this we have not visited starbucks and we do not miss it at all

I was leary to buy Keurig because I know friends and family that have had issues. But it was a good deal. It came with 48 K-cups and a $15 Best Buy gift card. So we really only paid $30 for it.

I purchased this new Keurig simply because of the color. I had a slightly older model in great condition but it was black and didn't match my kitchen. I liked the softer color tones of this model, so I purchased it. The only reason I gave this 4 rather than 5 stars is that I could use the "alternative" Kcup insert for regular coffee with my older model Kuerig, wheareas this one gives me an error message and will not allow me to.

If you like Keurig this is a nice little machine. If you don't like Keurig it's more of the same. We have Keurig's at home & office. This little one is for our camper, and for that it works great. It doesn't take as much space as our other machines and works well. Would recommend for anyone wanting a small Keurig like an RV, apartment, or smaller office.

Works great and have had zero issues with it but still love my older model better (had to replace after 5 yrs though). No automatic on/off or any kind of programming which was disappointing

Had issues with the first two. Finally the third wooed and it works great. The reason for a 3 star is the fact that I had to exchange it twice.

This is my first keurig and I love it, it brews a cup of coffee in less than a min and has multiple settings for pour amounts.

This is a good coffee maker for the price. Can only brew Keurig brand coffees. It also makes a lot of noise when it brews. Keurig makes another one that we also own that brews all brands of coffee and it is a lot quieter. But was a lot more expensive. This will be used in a rv so price was a concern. Coffee is great.
