    Good size water container and easy to handle. Takes longer to heat than my single server but easy for multiple cups.

    I really like that the drip collector is removable so that I can use a larger mug. And the water reservoir is convenient and saves time. I wish it could fill a cup larger than 10 ounces, but I got the carafe so I can still have a larger cup of coffee. It just takes a little longer to store two cups full in the carafe.. My Keurig is black which goes well in my kitchen.

    I'm only giving this 4 stars because it's slower than my old one. I don't really understand why a newer product pumps water slower, but other than that it works as intended.

    Got this on sale. Saves time and money. I don't miss wasting time at SBUX or paying more for basic item. Get this if you are more interested in time and money. If you enjoy visiting SBUX stores then you need to decide whats more important. This machine is good simple and perfect for what I need.

    I bought this for the work space for the crew. It is easy to use, clean and the coffee does taste good. It also depends on the type of Kcup you use. We use the brand name Kcups, to the off brand to save some money. I've used this type of Keurig at another location and that is why I bought another one. Held up to HEAVY use lol !!
