The choice of 4 - 10 oz. cups is great; so is the option for a stronger coffee. The tea is very strong so I don't miss the "strong" option available for coffee.

She really wanted to be able to adjust the serving size and this unit has that capability. So easy to use, that at age 90 she set it up herself!

The coffee's very good, the machine seems reliable so far, and we like the "no waste" and the "every cup's brand new." Also like the ability to sample different blends without buying a week's supply.

Compact and functional

It's not as bulky as the old one. The coffee size options are in ounces, which I think it makes perfect sense than previously S/M/L sizes.

Keurigs are the best single cup coffemakers

You realize the small things that matter like a water window, ease of use, and water storage. My only issues with Keurig is the limitation on travel cup size

Having issues only one month old

Not over used and is disapointing when I want a 10 oz coffee and it dispences 6-8 oz.. I run just water cycles thru it to make sure it is clean but still have issues. Will probably return it this week.

great price for a keurig
