After leaving it "on" for a week, a friend who has one told me you have to press and HOLD the power button to turn it off.

The on /off button is difficult to hit .I ended up using a stylus as I don't like leaving it on all day. But it makes a great cup of coffee and doesn't take up much space on the counter.

It gave out, so of course I had to get another Keurig and don’t regret it. Like that it’s smaller than my previous Keurig. Love the touch screen. Highly recommended it!

New style is smaller, but also requires more re-filling. Plenty of options for brewing, including size of cup and strength. Old K-cup refill container did not work with new machine (bought a new one),
