After researching online I learnt that with these pods you have to look for tops that are puff up and poke them with a pin. So now I see that I have quite a few that are raised up. Actually I now poke it twice with my Keurig needle. I never have had this problem before with any brands. I found the coffee to be lacking in taste. Perhaps the excess air in the pod affected the coffee.

The package looked like it was opened before I received it. All the pods inside looked like they were ready to Burst open . Customer service was useless and all local stores are closed because of virus . I felt if I would of been able to talk to a live person this might of been resolved

However when I got home and used them, I noticed the coffee wasn't as fresh as I was use too. Looking at the box, the expiration date was 6 month passed. More attention need to be made on items like this in the store. I should have looked also.

One of my favorite variety collection

The Donut Shop, Caribou Blend, and Newman's special blend are all very subtle and smooth medium roasts without overpowering chemical flavoring like some of those other mocha or vanilla or flavored coffees. Those tend to smell very good right after brewing but the coffee taste leaves little to be desired. These coffee goes down easy and works well both black and with flavored creamers. My only complaint is the breakfast blend, it's too light and nothing special, yet Keurig seems to love packing these into their variety packs.
