Bought this after wanting the new model but I am so happy we got this one it is fast and simple.

I have had two Keurig's and they are great when they work. BUT you must clean them on regular basis or they will clog and become useless. I used the machine as directed - but when I put hot chocolate cups or Spice tea cups through, it tended to clog up quickly. I would recomended just running it for the hot water and then dropping a tea bag or hot chocolate mix in the drink cup instead of using the K-cups. It's less expensive too.

I bought this for my parents as a Mother's Day/Father's Day gift from my little girl and let me tell you I think it was the best gift I have ever bought them! The best part about it is, it is simple enough that they can use it...just fill it with water & push a button! :-) Now for a fun little game, we buy them a different flavor of K cups every chance we get so they know what they're getting but they don't really know. :-)

We went from a bunn coffee maker. The coffee pot makes a cup of coffee in about a minute. Love it.

This was on my wish list for years. I finally have one and it came with free coffee to try.

I bought this for my office at work. I usually don't have time to drink more than one cup of coffee at a time at work, so I thought this would be a good choice for a coffee maker just for myself. But the unit is so loud - both when the water is heating up and when it's brewing. I'm actually embarrassed by all of the sound it makes! Now I just my office door so that hopefully it doesn't bother people in the offices next to mine. But I can still hear it outside of my office with the door shut. I guess I have an above-average sized coffee cup. Although there are 3 options for amount of coffee to brew, my cup still looks very low with the largest brew. I also have found that I don't care for many of the coffee options available. I have found a couple that I can tolerate. I find myself most often using it to heat up water for tea just to get some use out of it. Would I buy this item again? Probably not. I would've taken it back if I weren't as lazy.

This is my first Keurig coffee maker purchase. I use it every day and am very pleased with it!

It's great to make a fresh cup of coffee every time I please. It actually seems less wasteful because I am not throwing "old" brewed coffee out before brewing more. You can even use your own coffee instead of the pre-packaged K-cups with the available permanent cup basket.

The girls at the hospital LOVE this machine. Coffee or tea only take a few seconds to brew. The ability to choose cup sizes is a plus, you can determine exactly how much coffee you want to drink at any given time. Large in the morning, small in the afternoon. Not all of the Keurig machines came with a water filter, this one did which was a plus. The only negative is the difficulty with setting the dial on the water filter.

I really love the convenience of my new Keurig! I can now brew 'just enough' coffee. However, my coffee isn't 'piping hot'. We have a Keurig at the office and the coffee is steaming hot. I'm hoping that once I read the manual there's a way to adjust the temperature.

A Mother's Day present that's easy no wasting pots of coffee and selection of coffees is good.

When it works, this brewer is great. The coffee is superb and is speedy. Unfortunately, it has stopped working (I've had it for a month). It started out as small things like it wouldn't brew a full cup, no matter which size cup button I pressed, or it never heated the water, and now will not work at all. Not sure about recommending to a friend. My original brewer was fantastic...why did I upgrade?

It was a gift, but my Father-in-law says he loves it.

This coffeemaker is easy to use and makes great coffee. Can find the K cups everywhere now.

I prefer coffee makers that can make more than one cup at a time, but I admit these do brew a great blend. I gave this to my buddy as a wedding gift. He loves it, and whenever i visit we have a cup. I might get one for myself when my Mr Coffee gets old.

Takes up too much counter space. Cannot empty water from heating tank for storage. Water supply tank is too small. I have a Tassimo brewer that is much nicer. Smaller, larger supply tank and no water held in heating tank. This is a poorly designed product.

I like 1 or 2 cups of coffee in the morning and 1 cup after dinner so this works for me.

I purchased this brewer as a replacement for an older one. The machine just stopped working one day after about 2 years of use. This time I opted for the cheaper model without the digital read-out. Make sure you follow the directions and use only filtered water!

This was a 20 year anniversary gift to each other...we love it..fresh cup Of coffee every time time and we can choose our own flavor, strength etc...no pouring out 1/2 pots of coffee!!! Wonderful invention!
