This is an excellent product and a great value at its price.

I am a non-coffee drinker, so this was a must for my house guests because you really dont want me to make a pot of coffee! My children love it when they come in! Definitely a must-have for your kitchen!!!!!

We have been wanting one a while so we could have the variety of flavors. It works perfect. If don't want to have to fill the well often buy the bigger one

I don't drink more than one or two cups a day so messing with a normal coffee pot was a waste of time. This is the perfect answer and there are so many coffee options to choose from. You won't be disappointed.

This is a nice little modern convenience. Great for a first-time buyer of the Keurig. Too bad that it only goes up to 10 ounces. Next time, I will look for one that goes up to 12 ounces. Great buy overall!

Bought this Dec. 22.It stopped working Jan.21. Could not return because of Best Buy 15 day return policy. Customer service was rude and told me to call Keurig. Will not purchase anything else from Best Buy.

The Keurig has all the features you need (like a water reservoir) and none of the bells and whistles you don't (like a timer to activate it in the morning).

Took first unit back three weeks after purchase as it basically quit working. It just spit out about two teaspoons of brewed coffee and I mean spit (it even hissed like a cat). Hope the replacement unit continues to work as I love the coffee the brewer makes.

This is not the "top of the line" unit... but if you want hot beverage fast and don't want to pay an overpriced amount for a machine that will give you what you want fast.... Then this is the unit for you!

Larger ones have the auto turn off feature. Why could they not so with all sizes

This was purchased as a gift and was easy to assemble.

It is a good machine & a nice price. I wish it was as fast as my previous one, but it is not. Thats the reason I gave it 4 stars. Takes a lil longer to heat up the water, other that that a good machine.

I received the first one as gift, I purchased the second one for my office and this is the third one for my summer home. I just love my coffee done to perfection in the morning. Thank you Keurig.

This keurig is great! It works as expected every time, brews consistent coffee, and makes it easy to get a quick cup. The water reservoir runs out often with multiple users, but that is to be expected.

I was really happy to get my keurig, but very unhappy I was told I would receive a gift card from Best Buy for $30.00 and never received one. Very unsatisfied that I was lied to even on the phone.....

We have used this brewer for about a month and we love it. I am a daily coffee drinker and the wife and daughter love to brew tea. We are getting our monies worth. I used a cheaper single cup size and the coffee is to light/weak; this brews just right. I didn't give it 5 stars because I only had it a month. I hope it last.

I bought this for a Christmas gift. They love it and have a fun time making and buying all the different flavors of K-cups that are available (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Fun for the entire family!

This is great to have my first cup of coffee in the morning while I wait for my pot of coffee to brew. I typically have 4-6 cups of coffee in the AM, so this would be too expensive to use for all 6 cups, or for company, so I use it sparingly. Found that this is also great for getting hot water for tea in an instant.

I like a great cup everyday and this works prefect
