The first Keurig I bought only lasted about a year. I taking a second chance on this one. Hopefully this one will last a lot longer. I like the fact that you can now by hot chocolate k-cups.

About a year ago I bought one of the expensive Keurig brewers ... well, good enough it lasted for a year when it suddenly stopped delivering despite the fact that we followed the care and maintenance recommendations including the irritating monthly descaling ... but the thing just stopped delivering. Giving it the benefit of doubt, we thought we did something wring so we bought the "Elite" model close to 8 weeks ago but it didn't take this one so long to do the same thing but this time we kept the receipt and for sure will return for a full refund ... Keurig needs ti do something serious about this problem.

Overall a good product. I had the single cup keurig to begin with and really liked it a lot. But it wasn't tall enough to fit my travel mug.

I didn't realize the water tank was so small. I wish I had spent a little more money and bought a larger machine.

Machine drips and there are way too many grounds in the coffee. Has not been good since the first cup

If you buy the piece that allows you to use your own coffee, it helps with the cost.

This is a good single serve coffee maker. Use the regular k cups for best results.

keurig is a good coffee machine. However this machine was a bit small.

it does what it says, but i prefer coffee brewed the old fashioned way

I will not recommend it for people who love real coffee, also you have to charge for every new cup

The newness wears off, it's nothing to wright home about. The coffee is way to expensive. Coffee and tea only OK.

My wife and I loved our first Keurig and had that one for almost two years. When it finally broke we replaced it with this model. We have traded this in once already within the first month. We are glad that we have the extended protection plan on it. This model is cheaply made and thats why it leaks. This Keurig model is not worth the money.

Had mine less than a month and it stopped working.

Easy to use. Love how quickly I can get a fresh cup of coffee. Perfect for my office. Buy the k-cup pods when on sale. even makes hot chocolate for the kids.

This was a great buy! i love this machine - i use it every morning. I will never go back to the traditional coffee machines.

My son was the first to get this Keurig coffee maker years ago. I had no interest in owning one but darn if every time I babysat the grand babies I had time to make a quick hot cup of coffee whenever I wanted with no fuss thanks for the ease of this maker . Two Christmases ago he surprised me with one for my own home, and love it ! This past year his finally broke so I surprised them with a new one this Christmas along with a huge bag of assorted coffees, teas and cocoas, -they were thrilled ! My daughter went into her first apartment this year so I also surprised her with her 1st Keurig & bag full of Keurig goodies. I highly recommend this particular Keurig model. I DO have some recommendations on cutting the cost of using K-cups for those of you who need to: 1) When using coffee K-cups you can play around with how many times you use one K-cup per cup of coffee. I prefer mild strength, so will use a medium coffee K-cup (reg. or flavored) and brew 2 times on the 8oz setting and get a perfect 16oz cup of coffee with one K-cup. Play around with this per your personal taste. Don't assume you need to use one K-cup per cup and only on one setting. 2) Using the K-cup filter and packing your own coffee is highly economical plus you can adjust easily the strength according to your test 3) Make sure you research the different Keurig models. I originally was going to get my son the newer one that also brews a pot of 4 cups, however after much research many newer Keurig models are requiring a "specific K-cup" that has a special sensor top and there's no way to use any other K-cups with it, -neither the regular Keurig brand nor generic brands. You need the specific K-cup sold for that particular model. The prices of these newer pots have dropped like a rock as people discovered this because of this costly change (I believe mistake) they made, so if K-cup costs matter to you don't get stuck.

Bought this for my wife for 2014 Xmas ..1 year later for Xmas 2015 this coffee maker is still running great! Kids love the hot chocolate ..I like making iced coffees with it. And of-course my wife loves the variety of coffees and likes to Dr it up with diff flavored creamers. Also I finally cleaned our Keurig with a descaling kit and changed the water filter for the 1st time today.( manufacturer recommend much sooner.. its very easy to doI did this even though the coffee maker was running great.. Hoping it continues! Good luck!

I honestly didn't think I'd like a Keurig, but boy, was I wrong! I've used it ever single day since unwrapping on Christmas Eve. Easy to use, and it makes a great tasting cup of coffee really fast. But the best part is, I love the wide selection of kcups to choose from. From coffee to teas to hot cocoa to lemonade, I'm slowly trying them all. Highly recommend.
