I love it. It is fast and easy to use. It is the best coffeemaker ever. Better than I hoped for in a coffee machine.

My wife and I have different work schedules and a traditional pot of coffee would be cold and stale. I love Keurig, we each get a fresh brewed cup to enjoy before work. The kids can easily make their own oatmeal, hot chocolate, etc.... We have it on the counter within reach of the spray nozzle in the sink. It makes it easy for quick refills between weekly cleanings.

This being my first Keurig unit, I feel I've hit a home run with getting this. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but rather have a fondness for hot chocolate, and heading into the winter months, I can already tell this will suit me quite well. Contrary to what others have said in other reviews elsewhere about this unit, the noise it makes is not anything bothersome, by any means. If the noise bothers you then you must be OCD. It's for all of 5-10 secs while the water heats and processes through the unit. Making coffee with a machine will never be quiet. If you have been thinking about getting one of these, then just DO IT. I'm just upset at myself that I took as long as I did to get mine

So I bought this Keurig kind of on accident, but it turned out to be wonderful. I had gone to buy one of the single cup brewers, without the reservoir, but they were sold out. So I decided to by this one. I love the fact that I can fill it at night and simply place the pod in for the morning. It brews fast and consistently tastes the same. I am very happy with it.

I've had one of these for about two years. It has worked flawlessly and because of the K-cups the coffee is perfect every time. You can buy the coffee at one of the clubs in an 80 pack box, that is the cheapest way to buy the coffee. It will not go bad because each K-Cup is sealed separately. Buy one you won't be sorry..

I personally have not owned the Keurig - Elite Single-Serve Brewer, but I have to say that the more I read about it, the more I want to recommend it to a friend of mine. First, the specs check out! One year warranty on ALL parts? Check! One year limited warranty on labor (From what I've read, Keurig hires "single-serve techs" because malfunctions are SO uncommon. Hence, "limited warranty.")? CHECK! Less than 17 lbs?! You betchya. ENERGY STAR Certified? Doesn't need to be! Keurig is so efficient that Elon Musk uses it. Obviously one review can't do enough to sing this single-serve coffee maker its praises, but I hope this will at least convince you to take a "single-serve glance" at it! Ciao!

This is a great option to have coffee anytime or any type without having to brew an enter pot with only one flavor! This product is very easy to use and maintain. You can make all kinds of tea's hot chocolate's and coffee's and not have to worry about cleaning a pot or the messy filters.

The coffee is so easy to make. I thought the coffee was pretty strong, but with the different cup settings it was easy to find the right one for me.

We have had this for less than a month. It is very easy to operate and makes good tasting coffee and tea. Buy a sample pack of flavors and try a little of everything and find those that you truly love. If you have a larger travel mug, you need to brew it into a smaller mug before you pour it into the larger cup. Not a big problem. Very good when poured over ice as well. Make sure you test your favorite mug and see which setting will work the best. We have used ours everyday for the past 3 weeks, and it suddenly stopped pumping water. I spent about 15 minutes of troubleshooting on my own, called the support line (over the weekend) and received pleasant service. They are shipping me a new unit and also gave me a coupon for some free sample packs for my trouble. Very good customer service. The only reason for the rating of 4 stars is the quick time it took for it to stop working, but, we do really enjoy this machine.

I have a bunn cofee maker..8 cups in 3 mintues...a freind of mine got me this knowing how much i love cofee...i like how easy it is to use...but my Bunn is much quicker and i just go up and grab a cup whenever i want one..with the Keurig..you have to stop and get each cup one at a time..however it does brew in less than a minute....the K cups are VERY expensive and if you drink more than a couple cups of coffee a day...this is NOT the way to go as for it can cost you over a hundred dollars a month in coffee!!.a 2 cup a day person will average approx. $50- $60 a month just in coffee....that's crazy....I took this to work and it works out perfect....with everyone there wanting a diifernt type or variety of drink..everyone can just pop in what they like and make themself a cup in less than a mintue....so this is awesome for that reason...but for my personal home use.....it is too expensive and too inconviient... at home I stick to my BUNN coffee maker, have coffee all day long waiting and available to me at any time and i only spend about 20 per month on coffee..thats less than 75 cents a day for 5 cups per day (15cents per cup) where as Keurig cost approx 75 cents to one dollar per cup

I've been using this coffeemaker multiple times a day for more than 9 months now. It's low maintenance, and consistent. Gourmet coffee? No, but good coffee if you get the right K-Cups. And you cannot beat the convenience.

great coffee maker! Easy to use. Had tried an off brand but did not like it. Keurig original brand is definitely the best. And then you get a discount on the K packs of coffee at Best Buy! That is a plus!

For single servings, this is the top-of-the-line. Bought this for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. I have been using the same one (older model) at home with filtered refrigerator water and it has lasted for two years without a hiccup. I also have the same one at my office. Easy to use, and reliable.

I really enjoy this item and that it takes little to no space on the countertop. I use this everyday for a quick cup of coffee and love that there are various types of flavors to choose from.

We bought this for my stepdaughter who spends a lot at DD on a daily basis. She hooked it up easily Christmas night for her first cup. Got a great deal with pre-Black Friday sale.

This is a great device for us because we don't drink coffee, but often have guests that do. We use it for hot chocolate, tea, and even lemonade. It's expensive per cup. I wish they made them of a high quality. It seams light and plasticky. The quality of the coffee however is very good.

Bought this for my father in law. He has enjoyed this everyday since we gave ti to him.

Great price on sale. It replaced my old machine that is now at work. Love the brand.
